Beautiful hotel quiet side street great location amazing staff!
Very central, clean and very helpful staff
Central location. The receptionists were very helpful and made us feel welcome and at home. Very good breakfast.
No elevator but the receptionist offered to take our bags up to our rooms. An outside elevator is being planned.
Uge room, right in the centre of the town, quiet place. Excellent breakfast.
Own hotel parking not available even though assumed in booking.
Lovely position in the town. Very clean and spacious room. Perfect for just relaxing and taking in the atmosphere.
The mattress was little hard for our comfort.
We enjoyed a two night stay in Petralia Soprana which is a picturesque hamlet near the Madonie. The hotel was clean, room was spacious and close to town centre.
No lift in the hotel and there was only one restaurant and one pizzeria open in town during our visit. Therefore dining was very limited in the evenings.
Nice location, nice structure and large room. Breakfast included local products.
Too expensive for what it offers. Some slight problems with room.
Set up breakfast early when I was leaving before the usual breakfast time.
Difficult to get shower at right temperature - it seemed to take a long time to respond to changing the setting.
The property was in a great central location for me to explore the village. The hotel looked very professionally done and constructed well. There was a nice variety of food for breakfast. The staff was very pleasant and professional, especially Concetta. She went out of her way to help me with a number of requests that I had, and to provide information about the village. her ability to speak in English was a well appreciated benefit for me in my case since I am American. It was very pleasant to be able to speak to her about my questions, and for her to be able to provide information about the village in a very understandable way. Her friendliness, willingness to help provide answers to my questions, and all around general attitude makes her an exceptional person to have on staff providing for others.
I was able to pull in front of the hotel to unload my luggage since I had my own vehicle, but the so-called parking in a close location just didn’t work out. The close location seem to be filled by mostly locals from what I observed. I ended up parking quite some distance From the hotel on the way out of town. I understand parking is a premium in smaller villages in Sicily. However, parking should not be advertised as available in a close location, Or there should be some form of transporting your clients back to the hotel once they park. One other item I had issue with is that all the female staff wore matching businesslike outfits. They look very professional, and you could tell they were part of the hotel staff. The one gentleman who was at the front desk late at night when I came in after dinner, was wearing rather loud unmatching Street close. Very unprofessional. I had a small problem with the air conditioner and when he came up and I greeted him at the door I would’ve had reservations about letting him in had I not seen him earlier in the evening. He looked like just anybody off the street in fact, his atire was quite bright/loud and totally unprofessional. I would never have suspected he work for the hotel. He was friendly and professional in his response, but his attire should match the female staff, so that everyone knows he does work for the hotel.
Right in the centre of the village. Helpful staff. Good-sized room and bathroom
Few conveniently-placed power sockets for charging devices - and power goes off when you leave the room. Wi-fi kept cutting out and then restarting a minute or so later. Driving to close to the hotel would be a nightmare of navigating very narrow streets and searching for a parking space; as it happened there was a fair in the village which closed all the roads, and I had to park outside the closure zone c 800m from the hotel (luckily my luggage was light)
VERY CLEAN NICE LOCATION EXCELLENT BREAKFAST
IF THEY HAD PARKING
one of the receptionists was extremely friendly and helpful. our first room was not very good, the safe didn’t work and the air con only worked for half of the room, not where the bed was. we asked to move and we got moved without any extra charge.
one of the receptionists was very unfriendly, and not as helpful. had to change rooms and the breakfast was not that good
Located in a beautiful, quiet mountain town with beautiful views. Only 1 restaurant was open and the food was mostly meat but the carnivores in our group devoured the steak.
Nicely renovated old building in the centre of the old town. Good breakfast.
all good
This beautiful hotel is in the centre of the wonderful village of Petralia. We loved the spacious and comfortable room.
Petralia Soprana is a beautiful town with fantastic views and three outstanding baroque churches. We thought it would be more crowded. It was surprisingly peaceful.
it was well located within the village. The staff were friendly and helpful. tThey served the best breakfast I have had since coming to Italy.
Parking is a problem especially on Sunday when the picturesque village fills up with local tourists.
Nice hotel with excellent breakfast (try the local cake!) in the charming village of Petralia Soprana.
