Pool too small

Nothing, first time stopping over in panama city. Perfect for what was needed

Clean, well maintained , staff extremely caring. Ana Canto at the restaurant saw that my husband had a cold and kindly offered him a special tea to help him feel better. Pierre at the front desk was very kind and helpful.

The ocean view, the staff was very friendly, and respectful. The breakfast was amazing!

Uncomfortable.

Noisy. Room windows view literally inside the shopping center. Sound from restaurants heard up to 12pm and re-starts at 7am.

They charged my hotel bill twice, and I still hasn’t received their response for the refund after leaving there four days.

The carpeting in the hallways was stained, worn off, and dirty.The morning buffet table was dirty and unkept. The omelet station even worse. You have to train the staff how to keep it clean at all times.

Spacious rooms, roof top pool. Lot’s of places to eat inside the building and around.

Rooms have auto air condition system which always goes max cold every time you leave the room and for me this was very annoying.

There was an issue with the room we booked the day we arrived, The Hotel arranged a similar hotel and arranged the transport to and from the other hotel . The room is more like a large fully equipped condo , even including a dishwasher. Staff is very helpful for any question or request you may have in Panama city. Swimming pool is open long hours and the hotel is situated in a building which has super market , a department store and a French Croissant place.

The hotel reception is at the fourth floor and the hotel entrance is at the back of the mall entrance . The Indications to find the reception are not that clear when you arrive the first time.

The location is great and room is quite nice and new

The laundry room is not cleaned properlyAC in the room is too strong and the fan in the bathroom is too noisy ！！！！

I had asked you guys to amend the reservation to 6 nites from 7 i think 2-3 days after i did the booking back in May. You said you woudl contact hotel and the hotel said it was fine in a phone call at some point but they had no idea of it at reception so i had to pay for the whole 7 nites when checked out as per original reservation. The girl at front desk had no record of it being amended and she said i could call but i dont have time now. Didn’t like that. Better I guess in future to book direct with the hotel vs Booking.com to avoid that kind of hassle.

Booked the hotel because closest to the Panama Clinic. I found the cost very high for an extended stay.

No discount offered for hospital proximity

The location is ideal. Near two major malls and plenty of restaurants.

The room that I had came with two full size beds, and my wife and I could not sleep comfortable together in the bed, so we had to sleep in separate beds on Mothers Day Weekend.

Took ages to check in. They are very busy. Restaurant was too small for the numbers of people. Breakfast was mediocre.

My pass to get out of the parking garage would NEVER open the gate. I was aloud 15 minutes to get out of the gate after getting it scanned by the front desk. after timing myself it took me about 8-10 minutes to get to the gate. I preceded to get it stamped with the front desk, it NEVER worked.

The room distribution was excellent. We had two separe rooms that made it perfect for our group.

There was no ice machine on my floor and had to go to lobby for someone to authorize me to go to the floor the had the ice machine working.
