The Santa Maria, a Luxury Collection Hotel & Golf Resort, Panama City

Quiet Nice pool. Great food at restaurant.

The hotel manager made it a point to personally greet and show us around. An English speaking staff member was always available too. The hotel is modern, stylish and beautiful. The food was healthy & unique (& were vegetarians!).

The hotel is located outside of Panama City. but, this adds to its beauty.

Nothing. They ruined my vacation

My worst experience ever in any hotel!!!I booked an haircut in the spa, only in the middle of the cut the so called baber person told me he is not a real barber and he left my hair horrible. I can't even go outside like this. What a joke hotel with a joke spa. UnbelievableMore to add to the "wonderful" experience, the shower is clogged. Can't believe you pay here so much for this. Unreal

Breakfast Exceptional. Very quiet. All areas in- and outside the building open to to the public extremely well kept and hospitable. Well trained and friendly staff. Hotel room and bath meet high standards.

Partial shortage of staff at reception desk. at times long waiting.

Room is very well laid out and comfortable.

The two rooms I was offered had no air conditioning running and overtones of mildew. I am allergic to mildew. I come from a humid climate and the only way to control that is to keep the air conditioning going constantly and the fan on high to keep the air circulated. I suspect the rooms I was offered had not been occupied for some time.

The pool is nice. There was a good variety for breakfast. Christmas decorations were nice as well.

The staff was nice and the pool bar staff was very personable.

Breakfast was excellent but a little disorganized in terms of getting coffee.

Service and worker , no one speak english , not professional at all , i would back to hotel but not worthy , the manager lady was so rude , they need to be training more about customer service

The breakfast was truly exceptional. The location was super convenient. The staff was extremely polite. The property is stunning. I can't decide what was more impressive to me between the staff and the property. However the staff really are on the level of The Four Seasons. From front desk with Paola, to house cleaning with Cendy and the spa with Liz and so many more that I can't remember their names. The staff often ended any conversation by saying "it's my pleasure", and I truly felt like it was their pleasure to help make my stay exceptional.

I didn't like that I could hear children screaming In the room next to us. But the hotel staff did a good job contacting the parents.

Far from many attractions in Panama.

Outstanding property. Best pool in Panama City area. Staff is outstanding. They are incredibly kind and couldn't be more helpful. Food is solid. Breakfast selection is terrific. Poolside bar has great cocktails and lunch. It was also extremely clean, which was very appreciated.

Really can't fault them on anything. It's a tad farther than a centrally located property, but the extra ten minutes in an Uber was absolutely worth it for the upsides of this property. It is very close to the airport, so that's helpful.

Breakfast and all meals were excellent.Location was not bad.

The weather but you can’t do much about that. The spa was late starting my massage.

Spectacular, very high-end luxury and attentive staff. The breakfast buffet was of the best and most complete we’ve ever seen.

Absolutely love this hotel, everything is perfect and I have no regrets about it. The staff are so friendly with us and we are so grateful for the hospitality and support. Food is amazing. The golf course is pga standers. Absolutely fantastic

The whole family loved this. Super comfortable, polite staff. Gym is great, cardio with solitaire ??breakfast buffet is great and the a la carte dinner was also amazing.

Breakfast was one of the best I had lately at hotels. Lots of varieties, many fruit and natural juices options, indeed amazing.
