My first impression was that of an odor similar to that of mold.

I believe this location to be in a state of decline. The breakfast buffet was lacking in options. It was a chore to acquire towels. Their was no hot water over a 12 day period. I prepaid for the hotel. Had I not done so I would have checked out early.

Location and the free parking is about the only good thing in this hotel Manager on duty was ver accommodating even though the hotel is raggedy, dirty and ugly all around. Pitty used to be a good hotel.

Common areas do not have air conditioning, most of them and the ones they have is very weak. SPA not working (CLOSED ) GYM has no AC, and Some machines not working properly Lobby is extremely dirty, walls an columns need paint and TLC

This hotel is poorly maintained. We had to call down and ask for towels as there were none in the room. There was no hot water for a shower. The free breakfast was very minimal.

It is 2-3 star hotel nothing more; if traveling alone ok but with someone else she will complain

The hotel wreaked as if it had been wet for years. There were no bath towels or wash cloths in the bathroom. The beds were extremely soft as if they were 20 years old. The $---- pricetag really said it all. You get what you pay for.

It was dirty, stinky, no face towels, no gym or towels for pool, gym equipment broken and rusty, to hot in gym no air, air in room not working, phone not working, no safe, if i would have not paid in advance i would have moved

Great location, 10-15 mins away from all the attractions of Panama city. Ate at the sushi bar almost everyday. Great breakfast buffet for only $11. Lively casino with over 70 tables. Hotel provided a variety of different adventure trips to choose from

It was accommodating, location was perfect.

Alcohol got a lot more pricier and the hotel is slowly falling apart, nasty smell throughout the 90% of the hotel, like a wet dog ran through the hotel. get rid of the smell and the place would be back to normal.

It's an economical stay that sets you in the heart of Panama City. They allow for you to bring "guests" at a $40 surcharge. They have a poker room in the casino.

The clientele is on the younger side, lobby can be loud especially in the evening.

No refrigerator. No microwave. No outlets in the bathroom to shave.

Leaving on Sunday, morning at 5:00 am and my room was on the 9th Floor. I was awaken at 11:00 pm due to the noise of party goers. I call the hotel front desk at least 15 times between 11:00 pm and 2:00 am regarding the extreme loud music to no avail.

AC was not working properly...I was told this had been a problem for a week or so. Humidity and temperature in room was unbearable.Carpet in room was wet, light bulbs were not working and staff did not replace them after several reaquests.

Casino was nice. Sushi bar, steakhouse restaurant, and restaurant by the pool on 7th floor was great. Valet parking was great with friendly service, bell hops were very attentive too.

There was a smell of mold in some hallways, but not in my room. Room key card did not always work in elevator, and you have to put key card in card reader on wall in each room for the lights in the room to work.

The staff was very professional and assisted anytime we needed something.

Nothing really, I had a great time.
