The rooms were clean and had a nice size to them. The rooms were clean and it’s a good location.

The food at breakfast was bland and below average. often things would run out and it would take 10 minutes for it to be refilled. Scrambled eggs and coffee and breakfast breads were commonly the culprit. Staff is somewhat lazy. No towels by the pool, none at the front desk and was told they would bring them up. 45 minutes later, no towels, asked one of the people by the pool where they were and they said you have to go to the front desk I told them they were going to bring some. She just looked at me and said no. The restaurant on the top floor is also low quality.

The hotel was being remodeling. Many problems: no gym. lack of common areas, reception in the 5th floor, problems with the elevators. We didn't receive any warning in advance.

I would have preferred not to go until after the renovation was completed.

Very good staff throughout. Check in was easy and room was clean and quiet. Mattress was comfortable, plenty of hot water and AC worked great. The restaurant is okay and sococho soup was just average, they were out of rice to go with it.The buffet breakfast was adequate. Otherwise, it is a decent value for the price.

The breakfast was adequate, though the hot items were not hot. More fruit and perhaps some yogurt would have been nice.

No hotel water in shower!

Great location, close to many restaurants, shops etc. It has a washing machine that can be used by all guests for a little fee. Huge rooms.

When I was there, there were constructions going on and you had to take two different elevators to get to your room. Also breakfast did not take place in the restaurant but in meeting rooms. It was not a big deal and I think after the renovation the hotel will be great.

The room and it's cleanliness

The hotel is remodeling. It takes ages to get to your room. As there's just one elevator to the lobby and from there you need to take another elevator to your room. Also the breakfast could be better.

This is no frills and good value. The breakfast is good. This is a great choice if Panama City is a stopover.

Dim lighting and the pool area could have been a little more appealing.

The bedroom is quiet, spacious, and very comfortable. It offers a great setup with a desk for working, a large sofa, two queen-size beds, and plenty of space to open and organize your luggage on the floor. The hotel is also very conveniently located, just a short walk from the Iglesia del Carmen metro station, which makes getting around the city easy and efficient.

The staff did not seem very friendly or particularly happy, which affected the overall experience. Breakfast felt a bit chaotic, with limited variety and quantity, and guests are not able to choose how much food to add to their plate. Although the bathroom is spacious, the shower curtain does not match the otherwise more refined interior design. Additionally, there did not seem to be enough staff at check-in, which resulted in long waiting lines.

The staff was polite. I liked the room, it was cozy and clea. WiFi was always readily available

Upon initial inspection of the accommodations, several shortcomings were observed regarding cleanliness, along with a rather unpleasant odor. In particular, the first room assigned exhibited unacceptable conditions, including the presence of urine on the bedside table, sofa, and one of the beds. Furthermore, the small pool, the gym's need for additional equipment, the repetitive breakfast options throughout my eleven-day stay, and the high prices of coffee and bottled water were also noted.

Perfect location. Breakfast needed more variety, the same thing everyday on the buffet. Staff in buffet area not too courteous

The rooms had a musty odor and there was a cockroach in my room....that was gross
