Staff was great

Stingy with towels. Only had ice in the lobby

The sheets were dirty. We switched rooms and those bed sheets were dirty as well. Bathroom door lock didn?t work correctly.

I was unable to warm my meals. The breakfast was been repeated.l had dinner at the restaurant. I ordered pork when l started eating l complained The breakfast was repeated daily. dinner at the resturant later got a serious diarrhea none stop.

The Staff was courteous and very helpful.

The drinks at the bar was limited,and also the late night lime.

The location swas prrferfect for shag I wanted gto do in Panama.

The first room I got had a strong mold smell and the floor was dirty. I request another one. Day shift did not do anything ( I believe they forgot my request), I then explained the situation to the night staff, and were switch.

Very modern, beds were very comfortable, close to mall and casino and in the heart of downtown. Buffet breakfast was decent though very busy.

Gym did not have decent equipment, cable mach broken. Gym/pool closed at 8pm, too early if out for the day. Bathroom in room had glass wall, turn on the light and wake up partner at night. No coffee station at breakfast, 1 waiter serving 100 people.

Staff at front desk we great. Great location to every thing.

Only problem that I had was the mattress in my room was hard. If you have back issues that may be a problem. I asked for a new mattress they said no.

The breakfast was the best hotel provided we have ever experienced. Superior!

The apartment is very spacious and had a separate toilet, Breakfast was plentiful ,,the staff very friendly.The mall and Casino is a covered walkway.

The complimentary breakfast was awesome. Price was appropriate to the accommodations.

The shower water temp controller was plumbed backwards.... Try to get hot water for your shower and it was cold. Move to cold and it was hot. The hotel hasn't bothered to relabel the shower

It was my second visit, and the breakfast on my 1st visit was better. There could be more variety. The fruits were excellent.

Awful experience. First we were sent to the wrong room and a naked guy opened the door. Then no hot water. Then no coffee maker in room, then got yelled at by staff because we went to the wrong breakfast when there were NO signs. Also called room service to order at 928 when they close at 930 and we could not get food. Never stay there again.

Everything was excellent. 2nd stay at the hotel, so that says a lot. Would prefer a little more variety with the breakfast choices, however fruits were excellent.

Shopping and eating options available. Entertainment in and near hotel.

Breakfast main courses cold and limited variety. Elevators slow and not coordinated for efficiency. Room temp controls were not good (too cold with no fix).
