The staff was very friendly and accommodating for our entire stay.Hotel employee at the spa was great as well for my birthday.

They were doing construction on 3 floors and it was really loud from 10 am to 3 pm every day

Location. This place is an excellent location.

We love this place because of the fact that they are considering pet friendly and everyone was super nice with my baby but we couldn’t even use the pool with my fury baby. That was a little disappointed but overall was great experience

The hotel is centrally located near the financial district with easy access to the major road leading to the airport. The views on the Pacific Ocean side are fantastic. Free parking. The price was very reasonable and the staff friendly.

The Wi-Fi network is open (unsecured). Easy fix if you have VPN capability for your device.

Lockdown in Panama, essentially inhibits enjoying the Lobby bar & dining as usual.

The location is fantastic, however they have only one elevator working for over a week, not easy when you have 20+floors. They have some nice very comfortable rooms however their ocean view rooms need to be updated badly.

Room & pool service was horrible slow and understaffed, restaurant for breakfast was the same, things were empty and no replacement for a while, you ask for something they were always out of it definitely not worth the $20 per person breakfast.

I had a bad experience with the management staff at the hotels restaurant. I was left feeling like a criminal and once all was resolved the issue and consternation was the hotels fault no compensation was offered or given.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The large pool. The location next to cinta costera and hop on/off bus, multicentro, and mini mart. Lots of restaurants near by.

The restaurant was way over priced. $18.00 for breakfast way too much. There is a lot of noise from the street since the hotel is situated between two very busy highways. We had booked ocean view but could not get it until next night.

They are under restauration and they dont have pool. We choosed that hotel under that consideration. In the room there was a lot of outlets that doesnt work. The furnitures of the toilet where a little bit old and worn.

Excellent location with great staff and services

Good location and great pool area. On site restaurant is also good.

Overall the facilities are a bit dated and in some disrepair. Pool is missing tiles, bathrooms and carpet are a bit worn.

Loud music from an event in the hotel - couldn’t sleep all night Kids knocked on our door at 4;00a waking my entire family up Rooms need upgrade - hotel looks modern and classy on the outside but the rooms including bathrooms are vintage and are in serious need of upgrade. The shower was the typical bath tub and the amenities were just OK

Restaurant staff refused to recognize the senior discount off our breakfast. When we informed the main desk, we were flipped off. Shame on the hotel staff for NOT honoring a country law.
