Some staff with actitudes and 3 time lights when off tv poor old fashion same with the air conditioner.

Deteriorating area with vagrants, graffiti, smelly open sewers, very small room, no refrigerator in the room, no shampoo, no hand towel or face/wash cloth, no bathroom floor towel, nonworking shower head with a lot of pressure, poorly maintained floors.

Close to 24 hour grocery store called Rey. The staff took care of our taxi for the next morning to go to the ferry for Contadora.

Don't expect much from the AC. It's a wall unit which barely can keep up with it all and is loud!The bed is not the softest in the world.

Good location, secure parking and low price. Room came with a king size bed and decent pillows. Had a few tv channels in english. Hotel was walking distance to restaurants, car rentals, and night life.

Not really, it exceded my epectations for the price. Walking the street at night you would exercise caution as in any city.

Great price and location. There are many restaurants and hotels around, as well more restaurants on the nearby Vía Argentina, plus the hotel is a short walk from the El Carmen subway station. There is a vending machine in the lobby with drinks and snacks, hot as well as cold water in the bathroom, and the staff were friendly.

The room is a bit simple, with a noisy air conditioner (on which settings cannot easily be changed; we'd unplug it and plug it in again to help us control the temperature of our room), and we each only received one towel in the bathroom. Be aware that shampoo and body wash are not provided. Shampoo and more towels would have been nice.

Menu had One price$3.50 and once I received the bill, it was ..$37... plus overcooked....Don't take American Express or Discover, Beds are HARD AND LUMPY, Iwe still have aches on our backs, Awful smell throughout the entire hall and room....At least they had hot water..

Don't get me started..

Very poor internet, cleaning staff are rude, knocking and asking to get out one hour before checkout time.

Falling apart dungeon

Below two star even for Panama. Stayed in a room with 4 beds. Crammed room facing a barbwire rotten alley (photo of the view from the window). Crammed, stained seemed clean sheets, shower was falling apart. Honestly for 4 beds room is barely enough to provide adequate air. Im not picky as i know price reflects quality. But will not stay again. City center has other better hotels that we have stayed in at this price.

The hotel is ok, problem is the rooms have window fans and there is no central air and for Panama City, one really needs AC. It was too hot and couldnt' sleep.

The restaurant (breakfast) was the best part.

The beds and room were just okay. A few small bugs on the floor made us uncomfortable and we did our best to keep our bags elevated.

We liked the location, thats pretty much it, The staff was okay but not great!

Well the mattresses were pretty old and you certainly could not get a good night sleep. In fact, besides that the internet was not as fast as you expected to be, understanding that you are in Panama and that internet there is super fast .

I like the location, the parking, the hot water, the AC

The location and the price, it was very easy walk to the metro train station ,the area was peaceful and the people were very welcoming and I you could do your shopping and get food close by. The room was cleaned every day, I enjoyed my stay. A microwave in a common area would have made it perfect

There was no microwave or a kettle. They could have a central one that all guest have access to,

Convenient location.

I have a large vehicle and the parking inside of the hotel was NOT build for large vehicle. Parking on the street is a premium as well.

The location is not bad.

It is basic. They charge you for everything. If you want a fridge, it's $5/day. Breakfast is $6.5 per person /day. Sheets are rough, bed is lumpy, coakroach in the room. The pictures make it look nicer than it really is.

The hotel is centrally located to basic amenities for a traveler such as laundry's, mini markets, metro rail access, and plenty of restraints. The room itself is very basic but it it's clean and uses key cards and is monitored 24/7. Also the water pressure is high and the restraint downstairs is decent

The street in front of it needs some work, also since the room face outward to neighboring buildings there's no view unless you like parking garages

I loved that the restaurant opens and closes at great hours and that it’s close to the metro station.

It did not have a pool in which the kids were looking forward to.
