Fails miserably to reach Hampton Inn standards. There was shortage of staff, which resulted in dismal service. Breakfast was an absolute joke. I understand Covid but restaurants are open, so this is just a cost cutting scheme. Found hairs in bathroom.

Would have been nice if this Hilton offered free water and coffee throughout the day in its lobby for their hotel guest. Would also help if they had an activity desk with brochures on things to do in Panama.
