Ramada Panama Centro via Argentina

Located on a beautiful tree lined street with many food stores and restaurant. The staff was helpful.

There was evidence of water damage all over my room, although nothing was leaking while I was there. I did kill two roaches in my room. The elevator did not go to the 10th floor where the pool and gym are located.

Close proximity to restaurants and central location.

A little humid and musty smelling but I blame the climate for that.

There was roaches, the door was broken as well as the shower head. I was told breakfast was not included even though my booking said it was. Someone barged into my room in the middle of the night. It was a terrible experience from beginning to end.

I like the location very easy to get to the train station

Well when I check in they told me I did not have breakfast with my reservation when clearly I did and I had to go thru multiple people just to show them that I did bad experience to be my first time there and breakfast was not all that not to give it .

El Hotel es relativamente nuevo. A penas lleva 3 meses de terminado. Aun hay construcciones en los ultimos pisos. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y limpias. El staff siempre bien atento. El desayuno era el mismo todos los dias pero habia variedad.

NO tengo nada malo que comentar.

Incompetent Hotel

I booked my room like three weeks in advance, when we arrived to the hotel my room was not available, we ending going to another hotel, Im very disappointed.

Our stay here was pure awesomeness everything was great the different options for breakfast the cleanliness was toptier the staff was available anytime and helpful I would definitely stay here again gimmi that chocolate tea every dayyyyyy

Just needed a bigger pool but it was ok for me n my friends whenever we are by the pool no one else can enjoy it was 8 of us

We booked a.month in advance and on arrival were told they had no room for us . Wanted to send us to another hote( our taxi driver advised us it was not a safe place to go)so they didn't give us the $10 taxi fare that they said they would because we didn't go to the hotel they wanted to send us. Meanwhile on the booking app our exact room was still available all the while still checking in couples who came after us. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I arrived at the hotel at about 1pm, I was told I could not check in until 3pm. When I went to check in I was told I could not because the hotel overbooked, so I was left at 3pm to find another hotel.

Fridge did not work, with black dirt in corner.tv could not be turn on and off witncontrol' had to be changed'Pool with black dirt at drain site a'd surrounding black dirt all around,

The place needs an upgrade, floor uneven in the rooms, smell like mold, bathroom had water stains on the ceiling. I only stay one night and check out the following day.

Poor breakfast choices.Shower didn't appear clean...no hot water.Couch was worn...didn't appear clean.Floor(211) had multiple tears.4th-5th stay since March...over all stays seems to be getting worse.

The breakfast was very good. The maid and staff were very friendly.

We had no hot water. The hot water faucet did not come on and we were too busy to get it fixed. The tv did not work correctly - the cable connection from the tv was broken. Someone had tried to repair it with scotch tape.

The buffet was decent and various of food needed for different days. Loved the view

No refrigerator found in the room i stayed. Floor was dusty

The place was fine. However: I had two rental periods. The first one, one night, which was fine. For the second stay, when I arrived, they told me that they did not hace my room due to high demand. In other words, no place to stay. So they sent me to another hotel nearby but told me that I could come and have breakfast at the Ramada since the other did not offer it. That was nice

Everything was good until no water.

Arrived for Sunday check in. Great day. During the night the water pressure dropped. No water..couldn’t flush. The staff didn’t know how long this would last. We checked out around 11am or so.

Great hotel in a great location. Stores and plenty of restaurants close by. Hotel was very cleab and comfy. Private bathrooms, good a/c, great view. Great breakfast selection with great staff to make you feel welcome every morning.

Coffe and 2 water bottles for first night only.

The location was good , breakfast was good we enjoyed our visit.
