location, we were able to walk around the area and get food and drug store items. Rooms were clean. I would have been nice if the airport shuttle was free. We would stay there again.

The employees and service received at Novotel was highly satisfactory. Housekeeping did an amazing job tidying the room while we were out without interference of our things. Fresh and clean towels daily, breakfast buffet was delicious!

Everything was delightful, the only issue I had was that the hot water in the shower was not working so well in room 908.

The staff are a very helpful, friendly ,respectful people.They respond to your necessity immediately.

My only one concern was the shower cleaning have mildews on the floor around the edges.

The hotel was good in every way expected, as far as cleanliness, staff attentiveness and room comfort are concerned.

The prices for the "add-ons" are extravigant. Inquiring about breakfast, I was told it would be $16. TThe prices for the drinks and snacks in the room are equally as unreasonable and unproportional to the value they represent.

Rooms are clean, friendly staff and location.

The restaurant / room service - they never answer the phone, you call and call an is just impossible. That's the only opportunity that they have.

It was very average. I was expecting a bigger lobby and free breakfast.

My daughter and I stayed 2 separate days. First stay was good so we decided to stay for another day. Second day was stressful as hotel tried to charge for breakfast w/c was included in booking, then fee for extra person when booking was double occupancy!

Location to move around city and near variety of restaurants and downtown was very good

inconsistent room cleaning some days coffee was in room other days not. Every day something was missing or they were short/missed something like coffee, towels, cleaning floor or something. They would catch was missed the next day but then missed another

Good location, clean, comfortable, accessible to the metro, friendly staff. Close/walkable to a range of restaurants.

Very well located. Professional staff. Quiet. Room comfortable. Good breakfast.

Wifi was almost inexistant The speed was so sloooow. I was unable to do all I needed to do on internet. This unacceptable for a 4 stars hotel in the 21st century.
