Breakfast was chaotic, we could not find a free table for some time, we had to wait and run to a free table. The waiters should assist with that.
More organization at breakfast time and more options for breakfast as well.

We couldn’t turn on the heat, it did not work. It was very cold. The toilet did not work, we purchased a plunger. There were guests who were extremely loud, disruptive. We had to call the front desk several times for a guest who continued to yell, argue and slam her door throughout the night.

Very good hotel, convenient distance to downtown, clean, comfortable bed, attentive service.
The wifi is rather slow The refrigerator under the sink (you hit your feet)

This is our go-to hotel. We love the aloft, I highly recommend this location.
Needs more options for taxi service. Also, they need more staff to handle big groups during breakfast.
