THE BREAKFAST BUFFETT WAS GREAT AS WAS THE SERVICE.

MY ROOM WAS TOO COLD. TRIED HAVING TEMP ADJUSTED BUT TO NO AVAIL.

Big rooms, comfortable beds and good location. Good breakfast.

General maintenance

The hotel is nicely located in the city. The staff is friendly and there is a nice lobby area.

The room was extremely damp. This made is difficult to sleep at night because I felt so sticky. The room's AC worked fine, but there was a strong musty smell in the room. Even after I checked out of the hotel, all my clothes felt damp and smelled musty.

Humidity and fungus on all rooms. Dehumidifiers on the hallways in every floor since the smell of the humidity is all around.

The location

Everything was awful. I took a hot shower on my first day there because the air conditioner was on blast and I couldn?t warm up the room quick enough. After that shower, my room stayed wet and moist for the duration of my 2 night stay. Food was also awful

Location was good, close enough to walk to the Malecon each morning. Plenty of drink and dining options around the hotel. Free parking was nice.

Clean rooms. Professional staff. The manager went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay.

Smell of garbage in front of the hotel one morning.

Great service from staff. Clean room with excellent bedding.

Crowne Plaza quality. Very clean.

The rooms are dated but we'll maintained and clean.

Closeness to the Metro and pool.

Except for heavily perfumed lobby, the remaining areas have very moldy, humid and unpleasant smell. The only amenity was free internet and kerig pot that worked 50% of time. If you want ice, milk or refrigerator you must ask at the bar.

Despite terrible hotel condition, staff seemed to try to make a difference.

Too many to list; hotel is NOT a 4-star hotel! 1. First room had constantly flickering lights in bathroom. 2. Second room had AC thermostat that was INOP: AC had to run continuously, or just be turned "Off." 3. Rooms and hotel are WORN.

The room size was adequate. Despite the age of the building the maintenance was well carried out. Very nice pool area and the Anglasia cathedral directly across the street keeps you informed of the time with it's hourly chimes. Overall a good experience.

There was some minor re-construction going on but it was not disruptive to any large extent. The breakfast was not up to par with the local competition.

Very clean facilities with a professional staff. Ashley, who was working the reception desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.

Location was great and close to our family! Breakfast was incredible! Far better of a breakfast than what most hotels provide in the U.S., though it does cost a little extra. The staff was helpful and it was nice to have the option for valet if needed!

The pool was small but we only used it twice since we spent most of our time out and about in Panama.

The bed was comfortable

No hot water again. The entrance door had to be slammed in order for it to actually close to lock the door. NO small refrigerator, hit and miss with whether you'll get coffee pods to make coffee. Only decafe again..Oh, the coffee maker is broken..etc

Estacion Iglesia del Carmen (Metro rail station) is right around the corner. I was not charged for a coffee maker I told them I damaged.

No microwave. Shower only, no bath.

It was central. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The decoration in the room was minimal and not fresh. The bathroom so so, the food so so. It was a noisy part of town.
