Its central to everything

Even though we were on the 6th floor we could hear the music and feel the beats until after 1am. The sheets were not completely clean. The breakfast was not very good. Stale breads, tasteless eggs and sour fruit.

The location, the cleanliness, and the rapid service.

Some staff haven't manners to approach to guess. The Hotel has problem when needs to break bills like hundreds the staff at restaurant and bar needed to move to get the change because they don't have at the register.

Hotel is located in the Albrook Mall. Excellent location. Front desk staff is very good and helpful. Maintenance staff came to fix my AC unit and did a very good job.

Cleanliness is substandard. Housekeeping is very inconsistent.

not really, everything was great Roof top pool is a lot smaller than the pics, but the location of the hotel makes up for it i guess

The best of this hotel is where it is located, just beside to the most wonderful mall in Panama City

It is a little difficult arrive from the airport because it is exactly in a opposite site of the city, but it´s just a comment

The room was large and comfortable. We loved the rooftop pool and bar. The restaurant served amazing sushi - we ate there both nights.

It’s a thirty minute ride from PTY, which can be good or bad.

Directly connected to the mall which was VERY convenient! Restaurant and breakfast buffet were excellent.

We loved how the hotel was attached to the mall so it was very convenient to walk from hotel to mall!

The pool was smelly some days so 8 think you should clean the pool often.

We chose this property for proximity to the airport. The staff was excellent and very helpful.

Our room was gross. The furniture smelled, the sheets were stained, the lamps and curtains were stained and had holes. The walls looked like they got the landlord special with paint over screws and nails from previously hung pictures.

Was very satisfied with the room - very spacious. Beds were comfortable and it was cleaned everyday. I thought there could be a little more variety to breakfast, but whatever I had was satisfactory.

The staff were very accommodating both with our check in and check out times. They were always pleasant. There was a concierge type service that was available to assist with tours and taxis. The restaurant staff members were also very accommodating and the food was delicious.

The pool area did not have a bar man both times that we visited in the evening.

Friendly very clean, great place to stay if you are going to Albrook Airport.

The room was spacious and spotless, the staff helpful, the Cafe Metro had excellent food options.
