Well don¿t have much that I did not like was the fact that the front desk person saw me waiting on him to finish his phone call until someone else came spoke to him in Spanish and attended him before me , that was done twice so rude

Breakfast every day was useful, kuchen was very helpful, they replaced a dirty couch instantly, pool was fun for our family

Conveniently located. Omelette station is great. Kitchen is well equipped. Super clean. Daily different dinner menu. Love to be able to do laundry!

Not impressed by the breakfast but it was ok. When fully booked hotel, the breakfast is completely crazy. Pool is small and both me and my kid somehow got cut by the tile in the pool. AC display not working in room.

I booked standard because Superior was sold out. But was disppointed with rooms. It was really old and noisy. The shower heads were useless, it was like showering under a hose. The bathroom door would lock itself when kids opened it against the wall. 4 times i had to call them to come unlock it.

The breakfast selection was not as well supplied as the my last visits. Not enough selection of fruit and/ or healthier choices.

The room wasspacious, comfortable, and kept clean with excellent maid service. The kitchen equipment, cookware, and dishware were adequate. The appliances worked with the exception of the refrigerator, which had to be replaced. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

TVs weren’t always connected to cable so couldn’t use one of them.

I like the variety of items for breakfast and the basically, staff was very accommodating.

Having stayed at another hotel in Panama in my first visit, it would have been nice for your hotel to be more understanding by facilitating their guest to have a late check out without being charge.

We only stayed 3 nights. Nice hotel very comfortable friendly peolple working at the hotel, close to some stores where we could buy what we needed. We did like your breakfast, excellent.

Upon our arrival, the problems started. They couldn't find our reservation made through booking. The two girls at the reception came unconnected with hotel reservations. We gave them the reservation code and they couldn't find the reservation or provide a solution. One said she spoke English but only she understood what she was saying. The other girl named Tamala treated us with arrogance as if we went to stay at her house after an hour and since there was no solution, I asked to see the hotel manager. A polite gentleman came and after asking for our reservation code, he provided a solution in five minutes. Tamala didn't greet us once in the 8 days we stayed there and looked at us with a frown. Unfortunately, the girl is not a hotel receptionist. She deprived you of all 5 stars from my review. All the other staff, although they didn't know English, were very friendly and helpful.

I stayed in a one bedroom with a large tv, and equipped with a washer and dryer and full kitchen. The continental breakfast was available, but there's always the option to cook other meals and keep snacks for an evening in. The location was in the heart of Panama City with ease of movement in the Cangrejo area on foot or by train, bus, or taxi to other parts of the city.

The hotel is well-maintsined, but it could use a bit of painting and gloss, although then it probably wouldn't be as affordable.

Everyone was courteous and the service was good.

My days finish too quickly..

Been going there for years and with the retirement of the older staff.The quality has been going down.Still would recommend, it for the location.

The breakfast quality has gone down.Once, again I think it's because off the older staff retiring.Sometimes hard to find a parking place.

The apartment style hotel with living area, kitchen, and washer and dryer options. That gave the place a home feel and this just what I needed. I also had a wonderful view of the mountains and city streets over at tower 2.

Some areas had an old musty scent. Some stains were visible on a few loungs chairs close to the gym.

Torres de Alba is centrally located, we were able to walk to many restaurants like Oldies right on the corner, Puntarenas a couple blocks up, and El Trapiche my fave, and Gut up the street from El Trapiche for some really good ice cream. My mom had a medical event while we were there and the staff sprung into action, apologies because I don't remember everyone's name but Elisa, Cesar and another young woman who translated were AMAZING, they had a driver take us to the hospital and just available every step of the way. You can catch a cab or Uber right out front but Elisa matched us with drivers based on our needs, Gustavo took us on a great walking tour through Casco Antiguo. The rooms in the new tower are like suites and right up the street is a row of souvenir shops, there's a Casino across the street. And the electric shades really afforded you privacy and made sleeping great. Huge showers. I really enjoyed my stay, they will treat you como la familia a Torres de Alba!

I don't eat eggs so the breakfasts were a little challenging, not the greatest but the simple things they did right, but when in Panamá do as the Panamanians do, so there was liver, sausages, chicken stew and just more hardier food than I'm used to early in the morning. The rooms could use outlets both electric and UBS near the beds.

The location and the food was good

The A/C in the bedroom wasn’t working properly and some guests smoked dope. Once you walked into the hallway or stepped out of the elevator smell was overwhelming.
