Plaza Paitilla Inn

Wide variety of food that felt like eating brunch than just breakfast. The amount, variety, and quality of food exceeded my expectations. The room had a great view of the waterfront. The price was great for the amenities.

Minor stuff like one day of no housekeeping in the room. We stayed a week. I asked for a band aid and the front desk clerk was not helpful. But minor compared to the many positives.

Staff very friendly

Park your own car. They hit a yellow curb with the drivers side front bumper. I didn't notice until after I left the property.?

Internet was very slow and at times did not work also the air condition was very dirty which was causing me to sneeze, when we just came the room need to be wiped and the sheets did not look clean

Convenient location.

Finger prints on the door and on the walls. Floor was not mopped just swept. Bathroom sink could be wiped a little cleaner.

Everything....The worst breakfast in the world 🌎 😒....How can someone in an international country use cooks from the streets, rather than chefs? Makes no sense ! My 11-year-old can cook better

Very few beds around the pool

This is such an excellent hotel. Although it was built some years ago now, it has a wonderful location on the ocean in the plaza Patilla area, which is a very nice part of Panama City. From our room, we had a view of the ocean on this first day, in a very nice view of the city on our previous visit. There is an amazing morning buffet which includes a great variety of juices and fresh cut fruit and besides all the usual dishes, such as scrambled eggs and pancakes and cereal and breads, there are some traditional Panamanian dishes, which I enjoyed trying.

My sole disappointment was that the pool, although heated, was a little cold. But I have found that in other hotels in Panama City.

The breakfast was wonderful and superb.

#1 - i made this reservation January and sent 3 emails to gain more information on local excursions, events and restaurants. I did not receive a response on any of the emails.#2 - We had (4) rooms. We found out that your policy is to give 2 towels and 1 hand towel/ room. With each of our rooms having 2 people per room, were you expecting us to share a hand towel in each room?? Does this make sense. You finally gave us more hand towels., but only after we complained 2Xs.

The food is not good is not bad but is not good, they can do better. Not tasty bland and greasy.
