The staff were all very friendly and helpful!! The room was a good size. Comfy environment for relaxing after our busy day.

Only 1 thing we did not like was the breakfast room did not allow us to bring our breakfast to our room.

This little residence style hotel is a gem in the El Congrejo section of downtown Panama. It's clean, the staff are nice and speak some English (which is not usual in Panama), they offer a really good included breakfast and have a laundromat on premises.

No screens on the windows so opening them in the late evening is out.Every time the maid would do the room it would mess up the room key (RFID) and I would need to get the key re done. Staff were nice about it but it was a pain.

the staff and the size and condition of the room was excellent with the exception of the bathroom which was clean but can use updating.

Huge room with comfy bed, shampoo and cream rinse provided. Kitchenette provided but no coffee for morning coffee provided. Nice rooftop pool and views.

The receptionist was a bit unfriendly the second time we stayed there although the rest of the staff was helpful and kind. They could not let us check in early but offered to hold our bags until 3. Once in room there were no towels. I called to ask for some and told they would be up in 5 min. I was hot from a long redness drive and wanted a shower and nap. After half an hour I went looking and found staff cleaning a room down the hall. I asked for towels and she said my room number back to me knowing that I had requested them earlier, and then told me I’d need to wait. I told her I had been waiting and would like them now, so she begrudgingly folded some clean ones she had on her cart and gave them to me. Came by later with the bath mat but by then I’d already showered. Had dinner at Siete De Mar and Lucca’s nearby. Great restaurants.

Huge clean room with comfy huge bed. Staff was kind and helpful. Pool w city view on roof was wonderful.

Great location. Hotel has all the amenities we wanted. The kitchenette was handy for quick breakfast and coffee. Roof top pool was beautiful.

The room was on the second floor. There were plenty of power outlets, good lighting, sufficient table for work and eating. Hot water in the shower and sinks. Big refrigerator and stayed cold.

No dish soap, no dish cloth/sponge, no flat spatula for cooking in the suite. No bathroom wash clothes (only towels).

Staff is excellent, rooms are always clean. Location to Albrook airport is excellent.

No hot water for shower - unacceptable! Stayed in room #301.
