I'll give the staff small credit, as apparently they couldn't speak English, but they did what they could.

No outside telephone lines, NO incoming telephone lines, poor parking arrangements and a minimally acceptable neighborhood. A probably good casino, but the hotel would be a lower end Motel 6 in the states!

It was very clean, delicious breakfast and friendly staff.

The breakfast was awsome every morning. The location is very close to shopping stores. I walked the street everyday shopping and enjoying street food. My kids enjoyed the pool and rooftop. The staff were very helpfull with any concerns and spoke english very well for a spanish speaking country.

When we first arrived the dirty windows were a turn off but is was quickly an after thought with all the positives.

The breakfast was good, and there was something different each day.

bed mattress horrible (back pain). When I book, I choose for one bedroom king bed. I got one queen bed. Not nice!

The staff was very pleasant and welcoming . Good breakfast. Value for your money.

There were two server at the restaurant very excellent they make my stay very excellent I even celebrate my birthday at the restaurant with them

I had a bad experience there because I bring my bags(3) with me and leave it in the closet upon coming back from the mall it was missing I even reported it more than once and Noone seems to care I'm so upset I will never return there

Large rooms, nice restaurant on the ground floor with good food. Staff willing to help and quick at resolving issues.

Staff is untrained. Waiters don’t approach you ever unless you go over to them. Something is always forgotten during turnover. Either garbage is not emptied or towels are missing , coffee was never refilled during 4 days. Our room had a very noisy AC and adjusting it dint change anything. It was always at the same temperature and fan setting no matter what you choose.

Suppermarket in the neighborhood 24 hour open. Easy to get uber or taxi

Hotel need maintained. Wall, curtain, towel bedsheet dirty. Airco in living room not working. No hand/ bath soap .

Food wasn't what I use to , so it was a bite off . But location was good

Most of the serve was good especially the front deck

I liked how close it was to shops and restaurants as well as the mall.

The hotel needs some upgrades. The seats in the lobby were soiled and dated. The A/c in our room couldn't be turned off as posted via signage in the room. The walls were dirty and in various stages of disrepair. The bedsheets were clean but unironed which made for poor aesthetician. My mattress was worn, I sunk into a hole the moment I laid on it.

Place was clean,convenient and staff was friendly.

They said breakfast was 6-10 but when I went for breakfast 9am two mornings there wasn't any. On Christmas morning there wasn't any at all.

Staff were helpful and most were pleasant. Room was tidied each day.

Located in a run down and we were told dangerous part of the city. We did not feel safe to walk around or to the metro located a couple blocks away and had to pay taxi fares to and from the hotel instead. Breakfast menu was on repeat and the area congested.

Cost of stay was good

Front staff was not so understanding. Coffee and water wasn't topped up in rooms.Had to ask for clean towels more than once.breakfast options was boring.

No WiFi in the room

There was no wifi in the room, and I had to go to another hotel. Need to update this or at least give a heads up of no guarantee WiFi will be in the room.

Personnel was excellent except the front desk lady with black long hair normally in the mornings.

Not sure if the hotel is too old or what but the floors and walls were very damaged and not clean at all.They advertise wifi and rooms didn't have wifi only the lobby...We spent all our stay without connectio to the world.

Nothing at all it was not worth the price
