Hilton Garden Inn Panama City Downtown

The staff was really nice. Especially the breakfast staff. The cleaning crew did a nice job too. The gym was clean and a nice size as well. Location was convenient. Early check in was very helpful.

There were stains on some of the towels. The room we were in (room 905) has a broken soap holder in the shower which was extremely annoying. Everything we placed in it, fell to the ground. Ubers had a hard time getting in/out of the hotel.

The staff appeared not to know their job, it took forever to check in. The room was dinghy with stains on the furniture in the room. Even though I paid for two nights I only staped for one night.

It's close to shopping area, restaurants.

Not clean enough, shower curtain had an awful smell, needed washing BAD..

The price is right and the room and hotel are fairly modern.

There was some hair in the shower from the previous guest. And a staff member came into the room unexpectedly. I didn't lock the door.

We needed help with printing a document & scanning and send to Canada. Staff went above and beyond.

There should be a cheaper hotel breakfast. They wanted $17 for buffet breakfast when there was a Hardie's and McDonald's nearby. On the third night the room next door played loud!! music all night. The hotel would move us but not stop noise poeple.

The staff was very professional, and worked with a smile at all times. Made me feel welcome.

Had a problem with the restaurant in the hotel, charging me one amount one and charging me a different amount the next, for the same meal. Didn't eat there again.

The staff was friendly, courteous, honest and professional. The location was central and perfect for our needs.

Odd smell in lobby

I went to Panama for a week to celebrate my birthday. The staff treated me very well. Very attentive and everything I asked for they provided. Hotel employee Is a awesome server when I return I will stay here again!

Not being by the water but that view on the balcony made up for it all.

The hotel staff was friendly. Location was ok, but have to be careful in this place. Purse containing passport and phone got stolen.

Although the breakfast was good, have to be very careful. Outside folks also show up for breakfast. Our purse containing phone, passport was stolen. The hotel staff was very helpful through out.

As stated above, it was clean, quiet, and beautiful with helpful staff members.

I had to pay for breakfast, after I've eaten then I was told I had to pay. Try to let the customer know up front that they're eligible for breakfast or not.

Close to many good restaurants. The staff was great.

For $105 USD a night, I even got charged for coffee for the room.

The staff are all exceptional at what they do, from checking in, servers, bartenders, security, housekeeping were amazing. Will stay there again!

Jacuzzi pool on the 16th floor.

Booking.com advertised the very good buffet breakfast as $9, but it was actually $18/person. We enjoyed it anyway.

Favy (nickname) at checkin was fabulous! All the staff were great. We ate dinner in the cafe. Delicious & very reasonably priced.
