Waldorf Astoria Panama

It did not feel like a 5 start hotel. There were no slippers, robes, or high end beauty products. I thought the room would be bigger.

Services from the Front Desk were excellent; Staff was great, and she provided warm and usual support. The concierge service was excellent

Not many options to choose from at the Restaurant

The location was amazing.

The food was not good for the price. Overall the staff was extremely nice, except one guy who asked me "do I even have a key" when I requested how to get to the pool. The look and the words together made me think he thought I didn't belong at 5 * hotel

Hard to find . No sign and GPS don't put you in the right stop

They didn't have any complimentary drinks, and the drinks that they did have in there well everything was extremely expensive. Red bull $7.00 crazy. Lil bottle of wine $22.00. Candy bar $5.00. Prices was outrageous

Staff was very nice and very accommodating

Had issues with the shower dripping. Maintenance came several times to repair it.

The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout my whole stay. I like that the staff greets you with drinks while you are waiting in the lobby. It started raining and the staff provided umbrellas and gave recommendations for other activities to do.

There was nothing I didn¿t like, but I do wish they offered shuttle service to and from the airport.

I enjoyed the room, the pool And the gyms

The security guard harassed me while I was there assuming I wasn¿t a guests I was the only Black tattoo person at the pool and they told me I couldn¿t be there because the pool had closed even though it had not. He did Not tell anyone else that

The food in the area, express train to Argentina is next to hotel and ROBERTO DURAN LIVES NEXT DOOR!!!!!!!! Pretty cool

Have a room that was smelling like hot diapers and garlic and told me to stay there until the next day, room was spooky. I had to pay the price of a 5 star hotel to upgrade room so I don¿t have to sleep in that toilet room with a smell from hell

Street Parking was free and easy to find Room was very comfy Business center is nice View was an 8

It's very nice but a little generic in style.

The rooms were very well apportioned, clean, and comfortable. The staff is excellent. The free Wi-Fi and valet parking were most appreciated. Finally, the hotel is centrally located in the financial district and close to the primary road to the airport.

The was nothing that I didn't like about this hotel.

Streets in the area could have been better

The hotel staff were very professional and helpful. The front desk staff went above and beyond the typical service to help us after we were injured in a car accident.

We were required to extend our stay after being injured in a car accident. I was very disappointed that we were not given the original rate as I had received when I booked the room. Staff should have been allowed to charge the same rate.

pool was beautiful

this is not a five star property. check in was a 30 minute process. the shower had no pressure and the little hand held shower head was a complete joke.

The pool and the maids were very nice

the night staff was rude. And no dresser in room to unpack

It was beautiful, clean, luxurious and they gave me a suite upgrade.
