Typical high quality you expect from a Marriott

Below expectations for a Courtyard. Rooms need to be renovated as they look dated.

From our check-in a day early for our tour the staff was friendly and accommodating. we kept the same room for all three days (two with our tour). The buffets were delicious and featured local as well as international selections at breakfast.

There isn't anything we did not like about our stay, aside from seeing a price of $--- advertised on the day we were to check in, but it was for a king-size bed and we had two queens so it couldn't be changed. We'd preferred to pay less.

I like that my room was clean every day and fresh towels . The cleaner was very pleasant and polite ?

The location is fantastic! The staff and service were amazing. The staff were quick and attentive to any requests. I loved being able to choose the time our room was cleaned. The restaurant staff at Nau Sushi Lounge were great especially Orlando and Jose.

The rooms need updating, more modern design and finishes and the windows need to be cleaned on the outside.

Location

Just 1 very small bottle of water in the room . If you need more you have to go to the reception after you have arrived tired . Then they have an empty fridge in the room , it doesn’t make sense

It is literally next to the mall, so you can be shopping all day and leave your bags into the hotel. Great location.

The outside of the building seems to be off dated, but the room itself was not half bad

Great location—centrally located and directly connected to the mall, which made shopping super convenient. Plenty of good stores and options right at your doorstep!

Overall, the stay was decent, but one downside was a faint odor of mold in parts of the hotel. It wasn’t overwhelming, but noticeable enough to affect the comfort level a bit.

NOT too good breakfast & Poor amenities at room & bathroom … it was difficult to sleep with a soft bed.

Breakfast was not included, we knew that so we went to the mall for breakfast. The room was quite worn down, but we also knew that so it didn't bother us. The location is top and that's why we choose this marriott instead of another one. Becauce it's in the mall you can shop and eat and don't have to go anywhere else if you don't want to. I would stay here again if I would like to go shopping. The hotel smelled great, the elevators were good and fast enough. The lobby personnel was friendly.
