Hotel Ojos Del Rio

The room had a very old musky smell a small cockroach was seen running on the floor. Had to request towels everyday. 2 persons were in the room yet they kept on putting 1 bath towel. Booked it with breakfast included however no breakfast for us. Horrible!

. We were ignored they acted racial. vending machine took money and we could not get the water we purchased. query was also ignored. No redress. Paid for breakfast on booking no breakfast. Worst experience in hotel ever.

No hot water very noisy, housekeeping started vacuuming at 630am and ran non stop and across the street a building is being built

Quiet; clean and well positioned in the middle of the city. Great breakfast buffet!

One morning the elevator did not work but they fixed it in a few hours so no big deal!

Everything about the stay reflected a lack of proper upkeep and attention to guest comfort. We were initially assigned a room with a strong, unpleasant odor. After requesting a change, the second room also had a noticeable smell, along with paper and plastic debris on the floor.When it rained, water entered the room, and someone had to be sent to mop up the excess water. Despite the inconvenience, no offer was made to provide us with an alternative room. When asked about compensation for the inconvenience, they said thanks for the feedback which will help them to improve.Additionally, the key cards were problematic throughout the stay. They frequently malfunctioned and had to be reprogrammed multiple times, even though we were only there for one week. It was also evident that the cards were heavily reused, as they showed visible signs of dirt and wear.The bathroom was not properly maintained. The mirror and shower glass door were not adequately cleaned during regular housekeeping, and there was visible mold in the bath.

A very good location. It was close to the Santo Tomas Station, which we were able to use. It was also a few minutes walk to the Park and between two main roads, which was great. Also close to various schools and a Dominoes Pizza Hut and mini-marts. The space was kept well clean and the receptionist and reception to us was great. Customer Service was very good. Every staff that worked on the days I stayed were helpful and welcoming.

1. There was no full size mirror,even a mirror on the wall or a long size one somewhere would have been great.

You get what you pay for. My room was $250.00 for 5 nights; can't complain. My room was dark, but it was fine, I should have chosen a room with more windows. The bed was comfortable, the A/C worked well. I had a table and chairs and places for all my stuff. Tv and internet worked great.

They could have had a kettle or some type of coffee maker in the room, it was a huge downer. The floors were like slippery when you ran the shower or had left and the A/C was not on. It was gross. A fridge and microwave would have been nice also. The food in the restaurant left something to be desired, why would you have margarine instead of real butter?? my breakfast was in the room deal and my lunch and dinner were also included with flat pricing such as 9.99 for lunch or whatnot, but they kept charging me full price and it was 2.00 for a bottle of water. Water is a basic human need so why rape people for it. I got ripped off on the food and water. There was poop on the floor in the elevator one of the days. The gym was disgusting.

The stay was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Had secured parking.

Consideration was needed for persons who don't eat pork. The floors in the bedroom were cleaned with too much soap.

The main feature of this property is the location, next to Panama City's financial center and the coastal strip, just one block from the Santo Tomas subway station. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is helpful and confident. The price per value ratio is exceptional. For me, it is the best option for business travel. I have visited this hotel for about eight years and will definitely come back.

I had no complaints.

It was great friendly walking distance from supermarket and food places, staff was friendly and assertive. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfy.

Rooms didn't have any electric kettle in case yea was needed in the night or microwave to reheat food.

I didn't like the breakfast, they don't have a lot good things, many of them was fried options and also oily..The towels were looking dirty.. the floor was little sticky too... once we arrived and took our shoes off.. it didn't feel like a clean floorThe view was frustrating too... our room in particular had this view to other building's back and was really ugly...

Hotel advertised all meals and select beverages included in my price; after I paid in full, they advised they did NOT have all inclusive. Rooms were outdated and very noisy. Breakfast las LAME.
