Recommend cleaning of a/c closets in cabanas.

Old and outdated, the air condition didn¿t work for three days. He told me he will come back in 10 minutes. I never saw him.. it was Flys in the bathroom everywhere . No refrigerator in the room, Only one day did they got the face rag seriously.

Hotel had bugs and model which can cause illness

Pool water is green and there's black mold on the bottom of the pool and around the rim... Beach chairs are molded and ripped. Sheets had hair. Room smelt of must. Heave marijuana smell inside and outside. Limited parking. Out dated. Rude staff. No cs

Large rooms.

Expensive laundry! This is Panama! Why $4 for a pair of pants? I went to a laundry at $10 round trip by Uber but paid $3.50 to do two complete full loads!

Nothing all área the lie abbot ice make machine but that machine is so old wen the building the hotel in 1950 never go to this hotel again the a/c of the room not work and Sen 5 tec to fix I was still seething every day I only stay 5 day wen I pay for 7 I

I will never go to that hotel the worst experience in my life don¿t waste you money in Panama the got better hotel like International continental the best of best the reasons I book el Panama because is was shepp never again please don¿t be stupid like me

I like the large pool.

Sunday dj at the pool - the music was sooo loud I had to leave the pool area. They are charging to use the in room safe.

That despite having a confirmed reservation. When I showed up they had no record of it and no rooms available so I had to find another hotel ASAP. Or that I had to stand at reception for 30 minutes with staff there doing nothing before they would even

The customer service

Location is excellent, friendly staff, the biggest rooms in Panama, great prices, excellent food, safe.

No bar.

The breakfast is to die for vs any other hotel.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating

The room were not clean. The bathroom was not clean before we checked in. The mattress for the bed was sunken and the bathroom was moldy. We eventually reported it amd we.werw switched to another room. That room was bigger, however the shower was cleaned. The tiles looked moldy just like the other room. The tracks for the shower door was dirty and looked like it has not been cleaned in months. A pillow cases were dirty amd one of them.was moldy. We only realized this after our 2nd day and removed all of them so they can be changed. The sheets on both beds were also dirty; we stripped the beds of them as well so they can be changed. The AC vents had noticeable dust like they have not been cleaned in a year. The lamp shade as well was moldy.

Great location great staff but I think you guys can do better with the breakfast each day is the same thing remember Caribbean people come to the hotel not just Spanish so you guys can include Caribbean foods too and the room was clean room service was exceptional but the rooms needed some upgrade

Room floors are dirty and some rooms are very old. Calls to customer service were not answered. Check in clerk gave me wrong room key.

The breakfast options were good, but very little variation from day to day. The room was a good size. The room leading out to the pool was a plus and very convenient.

Even though the room was a good size, there were a few small issues with the room.

The pool area is amazing! The gym was nice and it included coffee, snacks and water! Breakfast every morning was very good.

While it’s old, some areas are being fixed. I can imagine the climate destroys foundations, wood and makes paint peel. I can live with that. But garbage, all over the pool area and lawn. They do clean in the morning but not very well. The one restaurant is a buffet, a little expensive but ok food if you don’t eat there too often. You can order off the menu but we watched staff just fill the plates from the buffet, therefore giving a portion of the buffet, so might as well buffet it! There was another restaurant, expensive and no one really there?! I love to wake up and sit outside for a coffee while everyone sleeps in - one old disgusting table and one broken wooden chair! Maybe they can’t afford furniture? Or people wreck it?! Pool service and swim up bar service not great and very slow. But I did like that we could take our own drinks and food there, and we kept it clean! I noticed lots of locals, and garbage everywhere they were, sad they don’t appreciate the beauty and the facility.

The first two day I did not like the breakfast but day four it was good. The pool side was nice to take pictures. The staff was helpful and friendly

I was disappointed in the room both rooms have an odor it smells moldy. they have to change my first room because the sheet was not clean. Also, they need microwave in the room.

Breakfast and staff courteous

Room it was humid. Smelt like humidity. The lock to the room was not functional. Anyone could pry it open easily. I opened the room with the do not disturb sign provided.

The hotel needs some rehabilitsation as the room and general appearance lacks some modern appeal. Otherwise, I had a nice time there.

The bathroom needed some upgrade. The shower faucet was defective and the toilet would not flush on many occasions.

We didn't eat breakfast there as we were told it would cost 18 dollars each which we thought was a bit overpriced. If it came with free breakfast we were not told this. The pool and the room were both very nice and clean.

Perhaps a bit more information on check in time and all the surrounding places to visit and eat.

The quality of the room and right outside my room the ceiling was falling. Also my room had a leak which fell on the bed. It was reported and we were not moved. We paid for a room for 3 people and the arrangement was for 2 guests. We had to constantly follow up.
