Front desk even owner doesn't care that someone park the car in front of the garage dood blocking and making difficult to in and out al day long

To be a 3 start hotel need a lot to fix ..my bed have a hole doesnt help to have a confi sleep ...bedrooms neeeds a lot of repairs, windows are very dirty

I like the location, the personnel were very polite, and were attentive to my needs.

I did not like the absence of a curtain over the shower, and the partial drape not enough to cover the windows next to the bed.

I like that the property was not too far from a supermarket and that if you didn’t have your own personal ride taxi was a minute or two from the location,and if you are lucky you might see them passing the Hotel .

I Didn’t like the smell upon arrival but in wore off after getting use to it……lol .And I did not like that for the entire trip/ stay , the hotel only gave egg and bread every morning for breakfast. You could bring your own microwave breakfast which was what I did some morning.

The bed was comfortable. Kitchen staff favoring a selective group of customers while ignoring the rest, was quite obvious & disgusting. Better quality & quantity of breakfast received by their favorite guests while reduced portions with poor quality served to the others. When you tip (gratituties) the kitchen & cleaning staff seem to be beaming, otherwise the guests are treated indifferently by the cleaning crew & kitchen staff.

Money is behind all human endeavors. Nevertheless, good customer service / guest service is the key to the success of hospitality business. The reception staff appear to be doing fine. But the rest of the hotel staff need to be enlightened on how crucial the guest service becomes for the success of the hotel.

Staff & location and price. There's a old saying that you get what you pay for. And I got exactly what I payed for. Overall it was ok.

Place is really dated, meaning my rm needed to be repainted, tile in the bathroom was really old.

location was easy to reach, walking distance from Poin, the park, and old town (20min)

same breakfast options every day, bed and room were a little smaller than expected, but it was reasonable for the price!

I like that the staff were friendly

Everything about the hotel was disgusting, nothing like the pictures that was posted! And they feed you on bread and egg everyday no other choices.. Mold was every where housekeeper does not clean the room and wifi is always a big issue! I felt I was at prison cell!

Nothing to be liked about place

That we were mislead about breakfast time No hot water.No came to clean room.Bad service on everything

I only had breakfast once I wasn't told about the timing on Sunday,but for the one time breakfast it was ok

Should have more variety for breakfast instead eggs every day, not everyone eats pouch eggs...also need an ice machine and fridges in the rooms . Main head chef needs to be more accommodating and pleasant. Front desk staff were excellent in thier service

Not good.

Bed was not comfortable, bathroom window was missing one glass side and there was no shower head just a spout.

Basic room but very clean and breakfast included at the best rate around. Good safe walkable area. Easy to get around the city by cab or bus from this location.

I have no complaints, it's a bargain.

Very quiet.

Main door was insecure, they removed the extra lock for safety. Walls and floor were dirty. Smoke smell entered our room. Remote controls for TV did not work. Phone was disconnected. Bed was very uncomfortable.

The area is nice, also the fact that someone was at the desk and it seemed secure. Price was reasonable and included breakfast.

First room AC didn't work but they changed me. Zero amenities. Bed not real comfortable, the showerhead was nonexistent, not really clean

The price was excellent. Took it for one night extended for 4 nights. Included a small breakfast. Easy walk to the metro station. Great for solo travel. Located in a very safe and clean area of the city.

-the wifi was horrible where a simple storm knocked out -the bed's blankets were as small as possible-no hot water

The room I was given had no towels, there were some dents on the flor, and the AC was a really old one, I mean it worked but talking about the looks they should change it

Was a really nice place for the price, the personal was nice, and the breakfast was ok.

Apparently there was an issue with the room I have rented, the gabe me a different one but didn't explain what happened o apologized for the confusion. Also I was not alone, and there was only one towel in the room.

Good value for money and location. Breakfast was okay.

The WiFi connection in the room was extremely poor
