Apparently their system can't tell you are staying for consecutive days and deactivates your key every day after 3 pm, would have been nice if they at least told us this at check in!! So you have to reactivate your key everday at the reception area

Nothing place was a mess
Had to but my own cleaning products and clean the bathroom myself because I had a child with me. Place is straight out nasty. Just had to stay until my next flight was ready.

The restaurant in the all-inclusive has good options in the menu. The included ones are good, although, simple. The employees are clearly trying to make their best, although English is not the best language to communicate in here.
There are many small cockroaches in the bedroom, and mainly in the bathroom. The cleaning is not good at all. The other headache is the Wi-Fi, inconsistent, drops signal all the time and very slow even for simple messages.
Staff very helpful to arrange transfer from the hotel to the airport but more important trying to satisfy the customer when the rooms offered were either not cleaned either all having a defect . They recognized this situation was unacceptable. My personal explanation is due to a deficient Management renting rooms not in proper conditions when the hotel was almost full.
-cleanliness and quality control : How can you offer a room not cleaned, neither bed set and towels available.-transfer from airport according to Booking is free but once you made the reservation on Booking it says free ONLY if you stay minimum 3 nights : false publicity in Booking it should be mentioned before making the booking.-San Remo Whats app number not to trust :I contact them writing BUT they never replied to my message when I asked to organize a transfer from the airport to the Hotel mentioning I was going to pay-Works ongoing to install a second swimming pool : the actual swimming pool was unavailable : false information on booking.
Staff is very friendly and the location close to coast, accessible to other places near by.
The room was full of cockroach, very disappointed and extremely tiny. Lots of noises at night time.. I went with my mom and older brother but wouldn't recomend to go with your kids the area at night is not appropriate for kids.And the pictures are not accurate at all.!!!

They didn't pick we up at the airport, The hotel is nothing like the pics, When we get there it was no soap, no towels in the beginning, after complaining they decided to bring them after.
