Hotel Bahía Suites

Customer Service was really bad. Unfriendly Check Inn. Rooftop Restaurant doesn't come for sevice outside, we had do Go inside every time. Room looked like 1 star, toilettglasses had 3 different colors of painting, everything looked just pretty old.

There wasn't very much that I liked. The hallway light went out, out window didn't lock. There were cracks all in the shower which was gross.

I like the pool, the restaurant, the staff was nice. Rooms where xlean but hotel is kind of all fot a 4 stars

The area was not the best for 4 star hotel and also and most important at list a mini fridge in the rooms, because its an old hotel with 4 star. Also the lock fot the security box was not working. Also ice machines in each floor is a good idea too.

The breakfast was not Continental, or buffet style as in the past. The staff was attentive and helpful, this was the only positive. The cleanliness of the room was very poor and the bathroom was broken.

Rooftop patio and restaurant was very nice.

Not a 4 star hotel,maybe 3 stars. Perfectly acceptable rooms. Exterior looks somewhat shabby. Staff tried hard to be helpful. Very good value. Only a few of the front desk staff spoke English, many did not.

We found in the shower the metallic cover in the floor, was bended and has a pointed part up almost cutting my wife feet. Need to take measures with your maintenance people.

Breakfast was good and also dinner. Location is excellent to take taxis and the Metro system. Also to walk around the Cinta Costera.

Plumbing: in two occasions we experienced trouble with malfunctions in the toilet and the washing hand station. Knobs are too tight and water do not stop and you can hear drip all night long.

I could already check into my room at 10:30am in the morning without any extra charges, rooftop pool, location next to a metro station

Rooms and furniture are not the newest but it was fine for me :)

Excellent and helpful staff.

Room security was decidedly poor: 1. Unable to lock the sliding windows and as there was a wide ledge outside along the building, presumably for aircon units, this is a security risk.2. Another guest opened my door during the early evening with a keycard. Luckily I was inside at the time. A mistake or malintent? Who knows. Either way this was decidedly dodgy.It seems the building as a whole was in need of investment and upgrading. Could be really good with better management/investment.

pictures of the property are grossly misleading. This hotel is NOT a 4 star hotel. The pool is misrepresented and pictures taken in a way to make it look big. This is aprox. 10 x 10 feet size pool.

I liked that the hotel had a pool and a restaurant so if you don’t feel like doing much it’s a great spot to just chill. The rooms were clean, had a tv, and there was air condition. It’s also near the loteria train station, legit less than 5 minute walk. El machetazo is also like a 5 minute walk that’s a store that has everything from groceries to clothes to toys.

So on Priceline said that they book tours but I did not see any kind of tours available so I’m not quite sure if you could even plan anything just on the spot so book your own. I asked for a cab but they didn’t have the number for it, which is no big deal cab drivers are every where. The other thing I didn’t like was the location, which has to do with my preferences, but there weren’t too many places to go eat around here. And at night it gets a little shady like I saw prostitutes and homeless around so stick to exploring during daytime.

The rooftop pool is really cool and the restaurant has a lot to offer. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are ok.

The windows are not closing well. The hairdryer is a mess.

we had a very good breakfast, and location was confortable, next to the Canal.

The bed was clean, the roof area and pool are the highlight and match the photos.

The room had almost nothing but 4 walls and a bed. Not a single hook in the bathroom for a towel. The grout was black everywhere and the floor wasn't clean (walking barefoot, dirt kept sticking to my feet) The shower set up was weird to say the least and there was no lighting so almost like showering in the dark. (Whatever little light came through the shower door). Feel like I paid for the roof views but the room was really not worth it.

The restaurant had good food and kids enjoyed the pool while we ate.

the room smelled badthe restaurant was the worst: they only served beers, water and powerade lol! they had smoothies on their menu, but not only they did not have fruits, they didn’t have fruit juice except for orange and it closed at 7 pmthe lamps next to the bed were not working the bathroom and tv are soooo old the bathroom in particular needs to be reworked

Bed sheets looked clean, the Wi-Fi did work and I used that to book another hotel. nothing positive to say about the hotel. I would urge you to please stay at a different hotel for your money.

The room lock did not work, you were able to open the door without the key, the room was dirty and smelt. The condition of the room was appalling, in what was meant to be a four start hotel. this establishment is not four stars. There were dirty marks over the walls and headboards of the bed. Dirty floors and the bathroom was extremely dated and in need of updating. What facilities that were on the room were either broken or had not been cleaned. Picture submitted to illustrate.

very clean, comfortable, great location to transportation and walking distance to the cinta costera.

we was told we can not bring food from outside to the room, because they have theirs own restaurant.
