room was lovely and well appointed. windows very dirty on the outside which made enjoying the view a bit of a challenge.

with the street being torn up it was almost impossible to get into the lobby without climbing a concrete wall. a small ramp or temporary stairs would help a lot. There's also no signage to indicate how taxis/uber drivers can get guests closer to the entry

Breakfast was average.

It is a very dated hotel. Rooms need upgrading as they are worn. No club lounge available.

Big, nicely appointed room with a view. Good food in the restaurant. Staff helpful and polite.

Little details like no hand soap at the bathroom sink. Cold water handle was almost broken - really had to turn it far for off/on. Hot water wasn’t very hot.

A lot of restaurants, clean and walkable streets. Very safe.

Where should I start… the corridors on almost every floor where covered in black and white mold, the room had a moldy smell, our sliding glass bathroom door was on the edge of falling down (though fixed after addressing), the water was out for 12h hours, you couldn’t set a specific shower water temperature as it was just fluctuating all the time. The gym was a joke, almost every machine was broken, the pool areas ceiling was peeling itself. The worst part though: the reception couldn’t care less when we addressed the issues. We kindly asked for some kind of reimbursement but it was arrogantly dismissed. I wonder how this hotel got its 5 stars. This reminded me more of a hostel.

Good location, good buffet for breakfast, comfortable room.

The pillows of both beds was smelling so bad, the pool is small.

Very good breakfast. However, I understood that the rate I paid in booking.com included breakfast, but it did not. Excellent location with plenty to do around the hotel.

Some inconveniences when we arrived. Recommend having a better entrance when guests arrive in a rental car. There was no one in front of the hotel to advise where to park while we completed the check-in. The initial room was musty with humidity, but they quickly changed the room with no problems.

AS U Suds BVICW; great location but I did not see the rooms before booking, Sadly mould and in great need of loving attention. It may be for that that the staff seemed miserable! Cmon guys: you've got a great little hotel in a prime location: get with the programme and I'll come back with my daughter and all her friends. I hated putting her in such a funky room
