Location, staff and on-site amenities

Housekeeping, two roaches in our room. Had to move to a new room in the middle of the night. Also had to ask for clean towels everyday. All food and trash was not removed from the room after housekeeping and robes did not have belts.

The location was great. I missed my flight leaving Panama that morning and only stayed for a night. Prior, I was staying at the Hilton for three days. This hotel is so much better and was better priced. I felt I received much more than how much I paid.

The room was spacious and the staff was great. Many restaurants on site and stores in walking distance.

Nothing really. I recommend someone in your party speaks Spanish as many of staff speaks little English.

Breakfast was over crowded the food was not replenished often . It was hard to get a table . I had to clean off a table so we could eat . The restaurant need bigger space and more staff in the AM hours

The Sortis has a very nice pool area, and the Sports Bar is excellent. Friendly staff, but not much initiative. The breakfast buffet was worth the price.

Why does Marriott Bonvoy always make thing more expensive without improving the product? Sortis used to be reasonably priced and a good value; no longer. The bathroom was a disaster, shower drain did not drain, hot water fluctuated between super-hot and cold. The sink only put hot boiling water. The room smelled musty. For over two hundred dollars a night, I'll pass.

The staff was very nice especially the front desk staff, the food was delicious, and nice casino.

Could have a better variety at breakfast and change some of the items so we don’t eat the same breakfast every morning for 20 mornings which was the period of our stay.

10% service charge for I don't know what? $44.99 charge that I was told by manager Julia would not be applied for late checkout due to terrible room service incident.

Front desk staff at check-in was great. Room and hotel seemed clean but the bathroom shower needs a deep clean due to much soap scum

Bathroom in room needs a deep clean soap scum all over shower. Service staff at resturants are not very attentive. Food at the restuarants was average. Room service was horrible. Messed up the order and did not even offer to fix it just kept going in circles with them.

all staff excellent services provided. anything you might need attention on they are ready to help.

pool was nice, was looking forward to the jacuzzi but it was not heated.

I like everything possible about sortis hotel, the casino, bars, restaurants, location etc..

For me personally the machine shufflers in the casino that deals the cards, but regarding the hotel I loved everything ohh except for the part if you were bringing over guests that you had to pay extra

The AC was not really adjustable. Woke up in sweet every night because it was hot and humid.

This is a good hotel in central Panama City. Great value compared to an air b&b and the staff is very attentive to your needs. Rooms are cleaned and refreshed daily, breakfast was good with variety, tons of restaurant options and lovely city views. There is also a solid gym and spa which was well used during our stay. On the 2nd night we had an electirical issue which was promptly dealt with and to our surprise we were treated to a complimentary bottle of wine with cheese and fruit platter. No complaints on this one.

Not much to say here, if you can get stay prices that are reasonable for you this is a great, no fuss option.
