Riande Urban Hotel

The pool was nice. The smell in the room was not.

My room smelled. The bed did not have a proper blanket just a top sheet. Started at 8am I heard non stop talking outside my room and jack hammering and loud noises all morning. Not sure why they would put a guest in a room next to work being done.

Staff, Location, Comfort

The Staff.. Very Helpful.

Small Rooms, No Refrigerator, No Iron

Great price, location and staff

Everything there?s nothing I did not like it?s all good? Bedt staff best place to stay.? Weight room is fantastic? The breakfast is fantastic and the staff in the breakfast area are super!!! Can?t beat the Riande urban?

O All hood todo bien!!!!!!!

Easy access, good wifi, friendly staff, good breakfast and polite servers

Restaurant closes a little early for late arrivals. The staff was very accommodating for my late arrival and the food was excellant.

Their location! Overall our expectations were met as we landed in Panama with a layover of 11 hours. We regret the fact that it was during the evening hours. I walked around the facilities and everyone seemed friendly.

I have to express that the staff is great, the reception staff at night especially. These two guys were super friendly and kept advising me where to go and what is it worth to see in the city, I didn't even have to ask. They are very nice, genuine people.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel itself was nice, with cool decor. The restaurant was really good.

The place is called a hotel and casino, but doesn't actually have one.

Breakfast is included

Central location .

Breakfast was good.

the door to outside and the patio had no seal around the edge. that make much more sound come into the room from the outside.

Very comfortable bed, great location, nice lobby

Tough bad-tasting eggs at breakfast, felt a little sick after eating

Nice property with plenty of area to hang out. Great breakfast. Service was good and hotel was accommodating. While private party was happening until 4am, hotel had moved us to opposite side of the hotel. Sounds from the party were minimal and not an issue!

Could use some minor upkeep in the external area but the place is in good shape overall

Great location. Good vibe. Good restaurant, good morning breakfast

Nice beds

Location, lack of amenities, ghetto ac units on the balconies heat seeps into room, noisy.

The pool was very good, the location is pretty good too, many restaurants near. The room and bathroom have good space.

The tv wasn't a smart TV, I couldn't connect my tablet or watch Netflix. There was no refrigerator in the room, so can't bring cold things. But you can order and bring food to the room and eat there.

I liked the location and the decor and layout.

Too little breakfast options and dinner

the shower was great. with good water pressure and hot waterthe bed was very comfortable, the room was very cleanhalls were clean and smelled clean not humidbreakfast was diverse and very tastystaff treated us excellent

only element to measure is outside the control of the hotel, but in the rooms with windows or at least in floor 7, pigeons can wake you up early. again, this is just something that doesn't affect the experience. i will recommend this hotel to anyone

We were able to get 2 cards for our room. The ICE machine was working on the 7th floor. The staff was nice.

They did not give us a fridge for my insuline even though I made a request 2 weeks prior. Our shower in the room was 3x3, SO SMALL. The A/C was not very efficient. The breakfast buffet had empty casseroles, leftover fruits. Very poorly presented. Very disappointing...
