Yes the shuttle service we woke up early to get ready for the service and and at the last minute we are told the bus is not working.

The top and the view are great! There are some rooms that have balconies with some good views to the ocean. Gym with a few rusty machines. The front desk staff are sincere and friendly.There is a restaurant on site.

The property has some odors issues on the hallway and on the room where i stayed(musty smell and other smells) Some room windows and other areas are blurry. The maintenance of the building in general is middle to poor. The location of the building at night may let the guests to stay inside of the hotel due to prostitution activities and probably other illicit activities

The rooms were not cleaned properly, and it was inconvenient not having access to a microwave or kettle.

Full of restrictions no food or alcohol in the room

If you get a customer that wants to go to this location stop them I am a soldier that can sleep anywhere this hotel is awful and no refund

Hotel is a dump! Bugs crawling up the walls and bed. Hair on floor and pillowcases.

The property has a great pool on the 16th floor with an amazing ocean view. The location is about eight minutes from Casco Viejo. The price was fair.

The property has a lot of potential but right now he has a lot of things that need to be addressed. The lobby has no AC and the restaurant at the lobby and at the pool floor are closed. The room had a humidity smell that glass window is very old and foggy and you can barley see the view from the room. The shower had mold and was missing the door. The area even though it’s closed to Casco Viejo it is not a safe area since there is a lot of of prostitution in the area and many locals told us to be careful because we were not staying at a good area.

I would never stay there again, and I would never recommend anybody to stay

Property was not clean. The rooms were not clean. We had two rooms and eight people which everyone did not feel well after we left.

Parking included and close to city center

Feels abandoned, lack of cleaning and maintenance everywhere, mold in the bathroom, bad neighborhood, gym in very poor condition (rusty, dirty, no AC, machines don’t work), no breakfast and if that wasn’t already bad enough, you will be fined if you take food or alcohol to your room, absurd and never heard of!!

The pool

The AC and there's no breakfast or snacks and strict room rules. The pool and the lobby are available to eat not in your room though.

The hotel was quiet and was easy to locate.

Nothing to do with the property. But outside there were junks and prostitutes.

Absolutely nothing, downright abhorrent.

Room was dirty, HOT, no view of anything except a really ran down neighborhood. Lady at the front desk gave me a room key to a room that was already booked AND was occupied.

The staff was good. Treated Me Well.

There is a lot of deferred maintenance in the room. It smelled bad. The toilet seat was loose half the shower glass wall was missing.

4 stars hotel??? Are you kidding?It was very dirty!! Very unpleasant staff , no profesional at all. It is Locatel in a very dangerous area with a lot of prostitutes around. Better do not go out at night! There were a lot of cockroaches in the room. It was one of the worst hotel that I ‘ve ever been. DO NOT STAY Here!!

Well located, nearby the lotería metro station . Rooms have a stunning view to the cinta costera

Great location to see the highlights in Panama. Helpful staff.
