The staff very friendly, Excellent location, clean big comfortable rooms at good price.

Only that the pool need to be updated.

The room was very spacious with the proper amenities.

What we thought was a hot tub turned out to be a childrens' pool.

The location and size of the room was good

The was no hot water and very low water pressure. The laundry facilities were out of order on multiple floors. The prices on the e-menu in the restaurant were not the same as we were charged for our food. We kept trying to get a working coffee maker .

Centrally located everything you need in walking distance and the kitchen is nice

Excellent spacious room with kitchen separate office area and beautiful view at a fabulous price. free secure parking was an added bonus and something you don¿t often get in downtown locations.

It was an apartment type hotel, 2 bedrooms one with king bed and room with 2 full beds. I guess for the price it was fair. This type of hotel is more suitable for a family on a extended stay. I was only there for one night on business

There was no drinking water in room when i arrived there was no 24 hour room service whatsoever. Not a great stay for business travelers unless you have a team and like to stay in an apartment setting

Staff at front desk were very helpful. Pool was very nice.

Housekeeping not up to standards. Didn't refill things like Kleenex, empty after the first day of a 5 day stay. Same with soap, coffee, etc. Quality of coffee packet in room was not good at all.

Other than liking everything... The service is unparalleled. You will feel spoiled if you stay here!

It is worth including Breakfast with your stay, they offer a very nice breakfast for the price. The Metro, Subway, is a short two block walk from the Hotel. A Metro ride is 35 cents one way, that was a nice bonus.

There was nothing that I did not like about the Hotel.

Everything was great, and the location was great. The staff was great and very friendly. We stayed on the 10 floor and the view was all so beautiful.

TV (cable), unable to use my streaming services, cooking appliances, gym, the gate to the parking garage was open where I didn't feel comfortable with the lack of security.

nothing, everything was perfect. You should consider some ergonomic approach to the staff in the front desk, they have to bend over and eventually will hurt the employee

Large spacious rooms- definitely better than your average hotel room- more of a small apartment.Clean, nice pool- location easily accessible by uber from the airport.

Location is perfect for an extended stay. Grocery store only 3 blocks away. A few good restaurants also in walking distance. Bed was very comfortable and bedroom was quiet. Easy Uber pick up and drop off. Great pool for lap swimming.

Not enough wall/door hooks in the bathroom and bedroom for hanging wet bathing suit and hand washing. Laundry machines require small change. Add steamer basket to kitchen utensils. Motion sensor for electricity placed in wrong location. Had to walk too far into room in total darkness before it would activate. No monthly discount for 3 to 6 month stay.

The staff was friendly, the entire property was clean and we appreciated the gated parking. The bartender was great and made awesome drinks.

Considering the total cost per day of accommodation and considering that we were 4 (in 2 rooms), we thought that coffee capsules could be made available (as is the case in other international hotels). The sink soap was not replaced. In the end, it seemed to us that small things created a negative experience, which seemed like a very small saving for the hotel and could represent a big loss for the guests.

After a long international trip, we arrived at the hotel at 10 am. We knew that the check-in time was around 3 pm. We left and returned at 1 pm, exhausted, and asked if they could kindly check us in 2 hours early. They didn't allow us to do so, and when 3 pm arrived, we were greeted by a staff member who had no empathy or politeness whatsoever. We have her name, but I don't think it's necessary. Just look at the staff member who checked us in on December 27th for rooms 708 and 803. We had also asked to stay on the same floor. The staff member didn't answer any of our questions or expectations. She seemed to be working very reluctantly and told the colleague next to her that she didn't want to be at the reception.

Location was convenient (close to metro and bus). Free parking. Clean and helpful staff. Spacious apartment with dedicated work space. The restaurant onsite is fairly priced compared to nearby restaurants.

For the price it would be nice if they had a dishwasher. Or at least a hot water kettle. There were non stick pots in the kitchen but they’re all scratched.

Excellent attentive staff. They all spoke and understood English which was very helpful. The accommodations were great! We had the 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite with kitchen & living area. It suited our needs perfectly.

There was one nice grocery store nearby but most nice restaurants were not in walking distance.
