Pros +
- Wont be staying here again.
- Great pair of rooftop suites…great location right on the sea…super helpful staff
- The bed was very comfortable, the room is spacious, and the bathroom is good. The location is nice and the staff is friendly.
Cons -
- Misleading advertising. Staff did not like Americans. Rooms are old. Spa is way overrated and expensive. Location is bad.
- Too many stairs to the suites, but staff assisted with luggage…bathtub flooded room, but staff were quick to deal with flood, and changed suite.
- The WiFi is horrendously bad, there is no signal at all for any service provider, you need to get out of the room for you to have to make calls. Considering the number of guests, the pool shouldn’t be called a pool, it’s just a small hole in the ground for 3-4 fiends to have an intimate conversation. Unfortunately we booked the our stay on the 16th of July hoping for some relaxation at the Spa and Sauna, and on the 25th of July, they announced that they will be closing them down for maintenance, therefore we never used any of the facilities provided. It is also stated that the hotel is a beachfront, but it’s not, it’s a port, and they requested 20EUR per person to transfer us to a 5 minute away beach. There is also the problem of very very loud pipe sounds at nice from water pressure in room 109, a lot of humming and a lot of fizzing sounds at night. You can also hear other guests as if they were in the room with you. Finally for 7 days we only used the room just for a place to keep our stuff and sleep. The experience at this hotel left us expecting way more for the rate they are asking.

We travelled in October staying 1 night prior to our departure from PMO early am. The town and area was very quiet but for us it was perfect.
We could see that the town is undergoing a major infrastructure upgrade. I would like to come back and see it again once done
It has been a nice 2 night stay for us and everything was working as it should be. Staff are friendly, room was good and everything was working as it should be. Spa was under maintenance but they have informed us before going there plus we were not after Spa anyway.
What I am going to mention here is just for them to improve upon if they want to nothing that is compulsory; Firstly the sockets in the room are not normal EU size as my travel adapter didn't connect. I think Italy has slightly different connectors that is very similar to EU.
The view from the terrace
The swimming pool was tiny. The breakfast wasn’t very good. Very limited on road parking.
The room was clean and there was a fridge in the room.
First of all you write with capital letters luxury spa hotel, but you have to pay extra for the spa. Second of all the pool in the pictures is a tiny swamp with no more than 3 m2 - I mean if two small kids go in it is a crowd. I assume that was the manager, bumped into to me and didn't even excused himself. And the worst thing of all - the breakfast is a disaster. No eggs - none - nada ,very poor choice of bread, cheap juice and no milk for the cereal. I mean this hotel doesn't deserve the rating that it has.
Location good and potential for a good holiday
It was early season so we knew that the hotel would be quet but we did not expect the total lack of reparedness to welcome guests. There were not even seats on on the terraces, the pool area was being repainted and was not availabe for us to use. The place felt like a hospital not a hotel !
Beautiful setting near the beach.
Asked for sea view and got side sea view.
The breakfast is awesome. The room was big an nicely decorated. We were Just disapointed about the supposed seaview from our room that we had booked on booking. The breakfast is served close to the swimming pool wich as a nice seaview so we enjoyed the place anyway.
No seaview in our room. In fact our room didnot have any seaview and no other equivalent room were available when i ask to the room service. The other one that they propose to gave us instead was a lot smaller and had no real seaview. Si we chose ton station in the first one. We had especially paid for that in booking so it was a deception but everything else was perfect and we enjoyed our stay here anyway.
Breakfast Location Bed and pillows
Room not facing the sea , bath tube hydro power not functioning
The staff was very helpful and competent. The room was very spacious, bed quite comfortable, soft towels. The views from the breakfast and pool were beautiful.
Its definitely not a 4-star hotel! The room was outdated. The shower holder was broken, the drain in the shower did not drain properly the water, tiles broken and not really clean. The toilet flushing system was defective. The air conditioning system is built in the rooms system (not a single separate device), it was very noisy and the temperature control not efficient. It also looked dirty, full of dust and the air in the room was for sure not clean.
Was in a good location, close to the piazza and other restaurants
the location was perfect
the room is a little bit basic for a hotel with 4 stars
Amazing experience, serviced and always everyone caring about our needs and checking our comfort and stay! Definitely recommended!
All exception nothing to dislike
