Small, intimate boutique hotel with friendly staff, good location, and comfortable accommodations.

Staff are friendly, room was clean, modern and had a cute balcony. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. Loved the chocolate themed, fragrance and free cocktail.

Need a light in the staircase. It was semi dark and hard to see the stairs going up or down.

Extremely friendly and professional staff, super comfortable bed, big and clean bathroom with quality supplies, beautiful atmosphere and great location. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us on the first day of our honeymoon. Thank you for everything.

The rooms were amazing, comfortable beds, huge bathroom and shower, and our room even smelled of chocolate! The hotel is close to restaurants. Amazing breakfast, anything you want you can have!

Really enjoyed this little hotel. Our room was big and had a huge balcony. Had lovely massages (it was our Camino rest day). It's in a great location. And breakfast was incredible with made to order eggs and more treats than we could eat. Gracious front desk staff.

While it’s not right in the city center, it’s close enough to walk, about 10 minutes

We were served one hot and one cold chocolate drink after our arrival. The staff were outstanding! The breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety to choose from. Wish we were staying longer to visit the museum.

Wonderful chocolate concept hotel. The welcome reception was super. The breakfast was included and delicious. Everything was exceptional. The hotel in in the quant quiet street on the Camino route. It’s a must stop for the night

Fun! Comfortable bed and huge patio off the room. The welcome treat, chocolate on the pillow and comfy towels were great.

Parts could use a free a paint touch up.

The service and food were so good! The free pass to the museum was fun also! I enjoyed the good chocolate and the free cocktail! The room was very nice and the bed was soft!

It was a clean room with very cute decor.

It is an overpriced novelty hotel. My main problem is that they say they offer laundry service and if you ask about it you are told that there is a laundromat around the corner. I asked twice and got the same answer both times. After this I was doomed to dislike every little thing about the hotel because that is the main service I look for. I’m not going to list out anything else that annoyed me because if they had done their job I probably would have looked over the little things. Just take laundry service off of your list of facilities please.

we enjoyed our stay in hotel fabrica. the staff service at the hotel is professional and perfect. viana do castelo is a very nice historic town to offer you a lot of things to do. the hotel management and the working people there were always ready to help you and give advice what to do and where to go. breakfast was really fantastic and a number one during our stayin northportugal. thank youeberhard and monika

It is amazing in every way. And the breakfast is delicious offering everything from wonderful pastries, fruit cheese, and ham eggs.
