- Everything. We stayed in the Suite, which was a crazy big at this price level. It is a worthy value if you are going to stay more than a couple of days. Staff was great. Breakfast was outstanding and delicious.
- Convenient and clean.

Cons -
- One would expect for 4 stars if someone is sick with food poisoning the staff when asked for sprite or 7up would be able to go behind the bar to get for the guest. Instead was told I have to wait for breakfast to open and take what’s available as the bar was closed. Or I could walk to the cafe to get a 7up. Blows my mind the service when it would be so simple to go behind bar and get the drink! Never again!
- Did not get wake up call that I asked for several times. Most of the front desk we’re friendly, except one who wasn’t at all.
- Hot, hard bed, slippery stairs on pool

Most of the staff was friendly & efficient. One person at the front desk wasn’t that helpful or friendly. Overall excellent staff, however.
The location was amazing. The place, the building and the spaces inside are really amazing. Also, the rooms were very cozy and spacious with nice details and decoration. It was really nice to have live piano playing during breakfast. Really really nice touch.
The hotel staff at the reception was a bit rude when arriving at the hotel, but maybe just a bad luck situation. Also, while traveling with a 7 year old, they did not made available a small bed for the kid. It was not comfortable to sleep with the kid in our bed.
Everything…it was a very unique property, beautifully decorated with a complete indoor spa, pool, jacuzzi, steam room & sauna. In addition, a fully equipped fitness center with high quality exercise equipment. The breakfast was fantastic as was the location. Definitely looking forward to returning!
Nothing that I can think of offhand.
Location, room with a balcony, breakfast and staff
This hotel was a spectacular treat on our Portuguese coastal camino walk!arriving exhausted and sore the hotel and room was beautiful- luxurious decor comfortable beds. The breakfast was spectacular so many options! The surprising treat with access to the Turkish bath at the end of an exhausting day of walking was like a miraculous gift sent by the gods! The steam rooms, pool , showers were amazing - reason alone to stop here. If you are in this town which is walkable near to everything this is where you HAVE to stay! Helpful staff and super clean great products in bathroom.
The room and decor were very cozy. And the breakfast was phenomenal. One of the ever hotels I’ve truly ever stayed at
The bed was slow what firm
I loved the warm lighting, spacious common areas, the wonderful pianist at breakfast and the great food.
There is only one thick blanket on the bed and it was too warm at night to sleep under it. I would rather have a thinner blanket.
Property with good potential and well located
Reception staff is hardly polite and non cooperative. Restaurant employees let you move around without noticing you're here.Access hotel is difficult with luggages and no much help is offered.Parking is a km away and nothing is organized
The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Walking in up the red carpeted staircase makes you feel very posh! The small reception desk is intimate and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room, upgraded to a suite, was stunning. Two floors, a giant patio with a hot tub, a lounge area and a cozy covered nook. The included breakfast was an extensive buffet with everything from a variety of eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, yogurt, pastries, cheeses, and fabulous varieties of breads. The location is ideal and the views awesome. We will absolutely go again.
Great location, lovely decor & artwork, clean rooms, awesome pool, sauna, hot tub, champagne brunch with soft piano music, helpful staff& delicious food
Loved this hotel! So beautifully decorated, quiet, central, and an amazing breakfast! Excellent staff and super comfortable beds.
Nothing, it was amazing!
Breakfast was amazing— excellent variety and quality. Hotel was spotless and felt comfortable.Used the great sauna and cold/ hot shower that felt incredible.
Hot tub could have been hotter but that’s the only negative in the entire place.
This is a 4-star hotel, and it shows. Service was excellent, the room was really comfortable, and the location couldn't be better. Highly recommended.
Location; clean. Use of spa. Breakfast was great . Music at breakfast was a nice touch. On arrival, we were treated to a glass of wine. Nice after a hard day on Camino
Absolutely lovely, centrally located.Best breakfast spread on our whole trip and live piano music!
I didn’t want to leave.
Incredible large buffet breakfast with an elegant piano player every morning. Luxurious Turkish bath. Wonderful stay!
