The staff was really nice. Good location, rooms were small but clean and comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was clean. They gave us aluminum foil and baggie at breakfast to make a sandwich to take w us on our walk.

The hotel is located right off the main square--close enough for walking but quiet enough to miss the noise of the square. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were very comfortable.

The man at the front desk the afternoon we arrived was exceptional. He helped me park our van in the only space left in the parking garage, and personally showed us to our rooms. I felt that all the staff was great in the service department. We had a junior suite, with a lovely balcony to sit out and enjoy the beautiful day. We did have to be careful however, because the room was under a slanted roof and you had to be careful not to bump your head!

No facility to make coffee in your room.

Loved the design of the hotel and the room. Breakfast was good. The front desk was great, laying out where to go, where to eat, and how to get back on the trail. Great location, very central. Room was very clean.

Really fabulous access to the downtown historical sites and love the Jacuzzi bathtub after a 13 mile walk on La Camino

Very helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast, the best we’ve had to date. Great location near Central city. They had an elevator, which was great if you’re on the fourth floor. There was a sister restaurant that was excellent.

The pillows were flat and uncomfortable.

I arrived at the hotel early because I wasn't feeling well and the staff was so welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spartan but clean and modern.

Early risers need to remember that most european hotels have very thin walls. I could practically hear everything.My Spanish neighbors were saying starting at five thirty am. Not really a problem with the hotel more with the neighbors. :)

Ideal location, a two-minute walk from the train station in one direction and the main square in another. Room was clean and comfortable, with modern amenities. The included breakfast was excellent and the staff kindly packed a sandwich for us when we went to the beach. We reserved a room that had a balcony with a view and were glad we did. It was delightful to sit on the balcony at the end of the day and see distant hills, as well as the Santa Luzia church that overlooks the city. We recommend the Sancho Panza restaurant in the main square, as well as the spectacular Cabedelo beach for wind surfing or just relaxing on an uncrowded, beautiful beach. In the evenings we enjoyed the International folkdance festival that happened to be hosted by the town while we were there in July.

Good hotel for Camino. Room was nice and clean. Bathroom and shower were small but ok. Breakfast was good. Central location near restaurants.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location, just a minute from the train station and close to the waterfront area. Good breakfast. Loved the bookshelf in the room and the balcony. Not sure whether all rooms have these, but I just wanted to stay and read and enjoy the view. We were able to park our bicycles securely in the garage overnight. Many thanks!

Very attentive staff. Provided maps and suggestions for local attractions. Great location to bus/train/funicular, restaurants, shopping, and the Coastal Camino. Appreciated three twins for my group. Breakfast was very good, very thoughtful and attentive staff provided wraps for our leftovers for lunch on the camino. I would stay again!

Great location near the train and bus station. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I got a full explanation of things to do in Viana do Castelo at checkin, and they kindly printed my train ticket for me. Breakfast is varied and plentiful. I would definitely go back. In fact, I already have a reservation to go back.

For this price, there is nothing really that I would improve.

Location, staff, parking on site and easy to get everywhere in the city by walking.

The beds need to be upgraded. They are too outdated and not comfortable
