The lighting in the bathroom is atrocious! One of our TVs didn¿t work.

The pool

Acoustic and hard bed - hotel is screaming cheap and is cold

They do not respect my reservation from Booking .com .Front desk person charge me for one night I have to pay because he not respected my booking reservation I need full refund

12pm checkout, though housekeeping barged in at 11:20, even with “Do Not Disturb” sign on door.

Funny smell in room. No water provided. Have to have the card in the slot for electricity. Housekeeping does not respect the “Do Not Disturb” sign.

This was a very good location for doing the Camino and continuing on the next morning. Also, in the proximity of many restaurants.

I was not able to have the breakfast because I was solo traveler, and they only allow it for groups of two or more. Also, please bring earplugs if you’re going to stay here as the walls are incredibly thin.

Very good value for the price. Big clean swimming pool and jacuzzi. Good location on the camino. We were allowed to check in early which was very helpful.

Carpet in the rooms. The rooms are depressing dark and grey. The bathroom feels like an institution with school style soap dispensers. Very simple breakfast.

air conditioner worked well. breakfast view was pleasing.

Wifi/internet was terribly weak, slow and unreliable. Bed was hard. Breakfast was watery eggs, juice was like water with a crayon dipped in it. Needs more than 1 tiny trashcan. Shower had a small leak, but not too bad. A refrigerator would have been nice, as would clothes hangers.

It was close to the Camino route. I only stayed one night. It was a comfy place to stay.

I think it was a little overpriced for the room, but it was still comfortable.

Clean rooms. Close to many food options

Overpriced. The check-in staff seemed malcontented and were very slow. Although no one was rude to us, we witnessed some rudeness to customers checking in before us as we waited for over 30 minutes per guest check-in. I was in serious foot pain by the time we checked in so I cannot speak to the pool or hot tub amenities. IMO, not worth the cost of the stay.

Great room at great prices. The pool, whirlpool, and garden were relaxing. Close to walk to attractions. The breakfast was top notch! Make sure to prepay during check in.

I liked that it was clean, great breakfast and door opened up to let fresh air in

They allowed the doors to be open to the outside while people were smoking down by the bar

While the pool was beautiful, it was too cold to swim. Hot tub was really dirty. Too dirty to get in. The strreet sounds and tennis players all night from he pool side of the hotel were very loud. The beds were like camp dormitory, very, very cheap and uncomfortable. Much worse than most albergues we've stated at. The showers were worse too. This was our splurge night. We could have saved the money
