    Pros +

    • Situated right on the sea on a small sandy beach in a quiet area. The spa was fantastic, with steam room, sauna, and workout room.
    • Beautiful ambience, creating a feast for all of your five senses. A spa retreat that’s restful, catering to your needs of being pampered and has a stylish decor throughout, providing a feeling of luxury. The staff were friendly, accommodating (we ate dinner there every night of our vacation) were eager to please and they even prepared a breakfast to go because we were leaving very early the following morning.
    • I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel itself is very clean, with a beautiful view and a delicious breakfast. The staff at breakfast were attentive and welcoming, which added to the positive atmosphere.

    Cons -

    • There was nothing to dislike.
    • However, communication with the reception was quite difficult. When I spoke with a particular receptionist, I felt that my questions were not welcomed, and I had to repeatedly ask for information. While she was smiling, the interaction felt distant, making it challenging to discuss important matters. I was interested in organizing a retreat and wanted to understand how such events are typically handled at the hotel. Unfortunately, there was no structured information available, and I had to ask for every detail separately.Additionally, we originally booked two rooms, but due to an emergency—one of our guests had a sick child with a high fever—they had to stay home. We reached out to the hotel to ask about a possible refund. The hotel directed me to Booking.com, but when I contacted Booking.com, they advised me to resolve the issue directly with the hotel. When I wrote back to the hotel, they unprofessionally redirected me once again to Booking.com. In the end, Booking.com informed me that the hotel did not approve the refund. This back-and-forth felt misleading and unprofessional from the hotel’s management.Despite the beautiful location and great reviews, this experience left a negative impression. I hope the hotel improves its communication with guests and handles such situations more transparently in the future. Wishing them success in refining their approach.
    • Worth noting that the hotel is a decent 40 minute walk to the old town of Sozopol, which is the nicest area to explore and get dinner. The general peaceful atmosphere can get slightly thrown-off by the nearby beach bar in the late afternoon, but no great issue.

We really enjoyed our time at the property. We had a direct sea view room with a balcony, the views are gorgeous. The room was clean, spacious with modern furnishings. The shower was amazing with a large amount of water throughput. We really liked the white and clean styling of the entire hotel, it is very calming and feels luxurious. The breakfast was tasty, a mixture of cheeses, salami, eggs, vegetables, croissants etc. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The communal area is very functional yet looks fantastic with the swimming pool in the background. We will be back.

Room design, hotel facilities, excellent food.

Great boutique-y hotel along the Sozopol coast. Our room was lovely and spacious (think we may have been upgraded?) but most rooms have a sea-facing balcony and area very tastefully done. The infinity pool area, as per the photos, is amazing.

Worth noting that the hotel is a decent 40 minute walk to the old town of Sozopol, which is the nicest area to explore and get dinner. The general peaceful atmosphere can get slightly thrown-off by the nearby beach bar in the late afternoon, but no great issue.

The room was lovely and very comfortable. Massage was superb.Food was good but very limited. It is a little oasis in and amongst a not particularly nice area of Sozopol.

The location isn’t great, very built up and not a particularly pleasant to walk into Sozopol. The receptionist was rude on arrival and didn’t even look at us when we were checking in. It really didn’t start the holiday well. They didn’t have a menu for food so it was very limited. Also expensive, again without a menu it was difficult to guess how much a meal was.

Great took , beautiful hotel and pool. Superb breakfast and food

We visited out of season so hard to judge

    10MariyaPosted on: 3-23-2024

Went out of season. We received special treatment, they made an amazing surprise for my fiancé who had a birthday. Private and very special experience. The room is amazingly equipped one of the I have stayed at.

Surrounded by hotels and not pleasant to walk around.

The hotel was quiet and it felt like we had it all to ourself.High standard of cleanliness.Breakfast was really good.Room was of decent size and we even got a free bottle of white wine and a hotel branded towel as a welcome gift(very nice touch!).Most hotel staff were really nice and friendly.

The young reception lady that checked us in seemed more interest in her phone than the hotel guests. We would pass by reception and she would not even look at us or greet us. On the first night of our stay we had to ask for a baby crib twice before eventually getting it. However, when the hotel manager was around she would put a completely different mask on and show interest in our experience. Gym is rather small and really lacks weights. I would recommend a set of 10-32kg adjustable dumbbells which do not cost a lot of money but can be used in a variety of ways for a semi-experienced gym goer. The money spent for the super expensive "TechnoGym Kinesis Personal" functional wall could have definitely been put in something more useful but that's just my personal opinion. It would be nice if the sauna is available between certain times and not have to go to reception and ask to have it turned on an hour early. I appreciate that the hotel was rather empty and this measure was in place in order to save on electricity though.

From the first moment we entered the hotel, we were blown away by its beautiful interior and cosy rooms. Everything in the hotel is beautiful and welcoming, the rooms, the hotel lobby, the restaurant, the outdoor pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. The fitness area and sauna with direct access to the sandy beach is also beautifully designed. The staff is very professional, helpful and friendly. We spent two days and two nights here and we are glad we planned our stay so that we could enjoy the hotel to the fullest.

Everything was perfect as in a fairy tale.

Lovely peaceful environment, great breakfast, friendly staff

    9TsvetalinaPosted on: 9-17-2023

Space, cleanliness, spa and pool facilities, the view, size and quietness, friendly and attentive stuff, Chilled atmosphere.

The beach in front of the hotel is neglected and tiny, petty to be asked to pay for making your own capsule coffee at the spa, surely it should be free or otherwise indicate.

    10DianaPosted on: 9-10-2023

Absolutely amazing hotel! The rooms with the sea view are worth it. It’s a boutique style hotel where you feel well-looked after. All staff is kind and professional. The breakfast was wonderful: good variety and everything was fresh. The hotel also has a lunch and dinner menu which is very good. We loved our stay there and we will certainly come back!

    Infinity pool, cleanest, breakfast

    Too small

    5TanyaPosted on: 9-2-2023

Our stay had moments of comfort and design excellence. The property was well-crafted, well-maintained, and aesthetically appealing. Modern interior design added to the ambiance. We also received a larger sea-view room upon request. Some of the stuff members were kind and helpful.

The lack of a private beach disappointed us. The hotel's "beach" was a small, unimpressive strip behind the bar. We felt unwelcome at times, with some staff members being rude and ignoring our requests. Also hotel amenities often closed abruptly, making us feel like second-class guests. It was especially sad travelling with elderly parents for a special occasion. Overall, for the price, the hotel did not meet European standards.

    9MałgorzataPosted on: 7-6-2023

We were here in May out of the season so it was super quiet with only a few more guests. We loved the hotel and swimming pool and spa, and sauna with the sea view was amazing.

The staff didn't make us fell welcome. Dinner meal options were better and worse.

    9SusanPosted on: 6-19-2023

everything!!! the location, the decor, the spa, the breakfast, the beautiful balcony…. it was all fantastic!

    10KimPosted on: 6-14-2023

A small, welcoming, hotel with a great sense of calm. Tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean, the best rooms have balconies overlooking the infinity pool and the sea. Delicious food, helpful, friendly staff. The spa was gorgeous with a wide range of massage treatments by a delightful masseur.

The approach to the hotel along an unmade road doesn’t create the best first impression but the hotel itself makes up for it.
