Saint Thomas Holiday Village

We had a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay at St. Thomas Holiday Village. The property is exceptionally well kept, with beautifully maintained gardens and common areas that made the whole experience feel peaceful and elevated. Everything was spotlessly clean — from the rooms to the pool areas — which really added to our comfort. We especially appreciated the variety and upkeep of the pools. Overall, it was clear that a lot of thought and care goes into the guest experience here, and it didn’t go unnoticed. We’d happily return.

I think the breakfasts were good but the evening meals quite poor and generally Luke warm.The bird poop on the cushions around the pool and the outside cushions around the restaurants also outside our bedroom window .

Location has a fantastic view and is proper for families with children.Access to beach is easy and the beach is great

Rooms from vilas are not properly prepared for check in. Cleanliness is under average. It is not the first time when we come here. First ti.e we stayed on the hotel rooms and all was great.After that , when we were accomodated on vilas appartments cleanliness was not proper.

Lovely place clean and tidy.The rooms are very nice and cosy.The staff was friendly and helpful.You can enjoy the sea view walking in beautiful gardens.

The location, the terrace with a view to the sea, the proximity to the nature, the transport to the beach , the format - close complex, but comfortable and cozy

It was clean, the food in the restaurant was really good.

The cleaning staff was really invasive, they just entered in the room a couple times, unlocking with their card, the knocked, but waited like 5 seconds and entered, one time they entered without knocking and they started to came at 9 o’clock in the morning which for me was too much, because I was on holiday and wanted to relax. The king size bed was two twin bed next to each other and was really uncomfortable to sleep together with my boyfriend.

This is the fourth time I have stayed at the hotel. The place is amazing, in my opinion the most beautiful in all of Bulgaria. Two sandy beaches with a bar. The one closer to the hotel has great service, nice and experienced staff. The pools are clean and the garden is beautiful and well maintained around the whole complex. The hotel does not communicate via email. We had an 11 month old baby with us and there is a cot in the room on request as there are a limited number of them. We wrote three emails requesting through booking.com and two emails through the email on the hotel's official website, but never received a reply. This is important to know when traveling by plane. So we took the cot with us. In the end, the crib was in the hallway and we could have taken it to our room, so taking ours was unnecessary.Drinks were offered at dinner but there was no drinks menu so we didn't know the range or price.

Breakfast and dinners are good. The only missing things - seafood.Swimming pools are always available, there is a special one with great view, it’s cool.

Haven’t found a fitness room. No entertainment.No beach bar at the beach near the hotel, so if you would like to eat or drink you have to organize it beforehand.

Choice of 2 beautiful beaches, each with sun loungers and a bar. Room was spacious and clean. Large complex with a small shop onsite, breakfast was varied and tasty.

Couldn't work out how to use the safe in the room and no instructions, and only options for food are to drive/taxi into nearest town or eat in hotel restaurant. Food in the restaurant was really nice, but if staying for more than a few days you might want more variety.

The staff were friendly.

The room was a disaster. It was as if not finished and still under construction. No fan in the bathroom, just hole with wires, the wallpaper was pulling out, there was pen markings on the wall.There are not enough parking spots at their parking, so you park literary outside the complex, on a graveled plot, no security for it. Infront of the room balcony was the roof of the ground floor, just infront of the railing. Poor view.

I mostly liked the silence of private beach, only the sound of the waves bothered us.

The bathroom organization - too much water to dry after a shower.

the apartment is not cleaned for arrival, the bathroom is in the sand, the bed in the bedroom is hard

Hotel rooms are renovated, tasty food, nice stuff.

There is every day room cleaning but it was not as it should be in 5* hotel.

The resort was not fully finished so there was noise and traffic from the ongoing construction of some areas.There was no fridge but the staff brought some old fridge in the room, when asked.
