Pros +
- Proximity to beach and friendly personnel. Clean rooms.
- I appreciate the friendly staff, especially helpful for our late arrival. I liked the nice view and small pool with comfy seating arrangements, as in the pictures; Relaxed music at the pool and a very stylish reception. Sadly, I appreciated the Lidl nearby to buy breakfast.
- Very friendly and helpful staff, great location with a secluded charming beach.
Cons -
- Rooms are small, no hair dryer. Terrible bathroom sinks. There was not place for the soap or toiletries.
- The worst part was that the shower was leaking and we had to use towels to mop up the floor. Black mold stains around the shower edges. I didn't like the breakfast which included a long-life Mini-Croissant and the "fresh fruit" were two thin slices of peach, a slice of melon and a few grapes that looked as unappealing as the peach and melon, which had been cut and prepared well in advance. Most other guests didn't touch their fruit either. The friendly staff though didn't seem to mind. The "salad" part of the breakfast was a bit of iceberg lettuce with balsamico. Sad. Go to Lidl instead.
- I didn’t like that there was no phone reception at all in the hotel and neither a working wifi. They give me the wifi but i did not manage to connect at all

We stayed for two weeks with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved the place! Everything was clean and in a good shape. The staff was helpful and friendly. Especially Daniel (?) and Roman from the restaurant — sorry we drank all your beer. ❤️We also want to thank the flexibility as we arrived after the reception hours and also got a late check out. Thank you. It was our first time in Bulgaria and hopefully not the last.
A bit of everything. Clean rooms and cozy place.Affordable!
The hotel was really beautiful. loved the pool and all the different seating arrangements beds they had around it. The hotel is really close to bamboo beach and also another beach right in front that was great for shell hunting. We came during the off season so the restaurant had very limited options, One of the options was the pizza and it was actually really delicious. After reading other reviews we decided to skip the breakfast. We went to lidl which is pretty close and across from lidl is a couple of food trucks with yummy food for dinner! Our room was really nice on the top floor with panoramic sea views and cleaned ever day. The beds were very comfortable and loved the tub in the room in front of the windows!
The room we booked was supposed to have a terrace and it didn't, but we were at the top and I think the room we did receive was the biggest, so I cant complain too much. The shower leaked water really bad.
The view, the room was nicely decorated.
The hot water was dirty. Also the bathroom sink was not draining. Inside the room was a small step which if you do not pay attention to, you will trip and fall.
Excellent location and lovely room
There was a huge fire surrounding the hotel . I went to investigate if we needed to evacuate as flames were visible , but was chased by the bar man more worried I was making off without paying for a pizza I had just finished !! .. literally couldn’t see eachover at this stage due to the smoke !!.Not only did he make me feel like a thief, but also the priorities seemed a bit off . Other than that I had a lovely stay . Should add the pizza was very nice !
Great location, great private beach but maybe better once a day to clean the beach from dirty people who just use the sand as ashtrays. I saw so many around and end up picking a few everyday.
I asked a couple of times as I arrived for a receipt of my payment. I was declined as I was told it was done in booking.com. My company did not accept this as in the past, all the other hotels I booked via booking were able to offer me receipts/proof of payment. After my company asked for a receipt, I asked again via email. This happened twice and I am still waiting for the answer to get my company to pay my accommodation expenses. I also chose this place as it had beautiful photos of the restaurant and the food. This was a lie, the restaurant was closed so the photos were old and not true. I stayed there almost a week and never had the chance to go to the restaurant. As the hotel was 2 km from the town I had on a daily basis to use taxis or walk those 2 km for food. The reception was kind enough to give me a bottle of wine and apologies on the first day, then told me that work will finish within my stay. This did not happen and when I said to the reception about this I was told that “it is good for you, you will loose some weight”.
Beautiful location, pool area was great and rooms were clean and spacious
Unfortunately we felt service could be improved, staff were not getting along. Breakfast was terrible, not much choice and portions were very small, no fresh fruit, very limited and no refills on coffee or second portions unless you pay more. Avocado on toast consisted of tiny piece of bread and a small egg, second morning some of the dishes were out of stock and choice was between 3-4 other dishes. Not worth paying for room with breakfast. Prices were extremely inflated for the standard compared to places nearby.
Aesthetic boutique experience, feels like a little piece of heaven. Will definitely come back for the atmosphere and amazing view. Staff was great as well, we forgot something at the hotel and they had no issue sending that back to us via a delivery service in a timely manner. Personal touch is an awesome aspect of the experience. Taxi service offered by the hotel was also of great value.
Cute little hotel right on the beach, outside of the busy nightlife but still close enough to walk there.Lovely view in the morning and friendly staff. Received a bottle of wine as a gift which was nice touch.
The only thing is that there are no hangers anywhere in the bathroom for towels to be placed. The breakfast could be better and was a bit overpriced for what it was. There was cigarettes smell in the room even though it’s non-smoking.
It was clean and the cleaners were very nice and friendly. It overlooks the sea with nice views.
It was surrounded and overlooked by tall buildings. It was noisy late at night with other customers coming in at 2am. The breakfast was poor and the receptionist wasn’t very friendly or helpful. I wouldn’t stay again, it was very average.
Incredible location, the staff was very polite, the location was very clean, we booked a room with a parking spot and had no problem parking on the premises, the sea view was amazing, the beds were very comfortable. The staff surprised us with a bottle of wine in the room which was very nice on their part. The hotel is 20 minutes from the new town and 40 minutes from the old town so not that far, the walk was very enjoyable. We highly recommend it.

I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with my stay at the hotel. During my stay, I encountered an unsecured shaft in the common areas of the hotel, into which I fell and injured myself. This incident could have had much more serious consequences. The lack of safety measures and warning signs around the shaft poses a serious risk to all hotel guests. I am concerned that a similar incident could happen again, especially if immediate actions are not taken to secure this area. There was a clogged drain in the bathroom that caused flooding and additional inconvenience during my stay. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this category and also poses a potential risk to the health and safety of guests. Additionally, the suite lacked a large mirror, which is a basic convenience and a standard part of any hotel accommodation. ---
the location close to the sea was pretty nice
unfriendly receptionist, parking is only doable with a very small car, bathroom hasn‘t properly been cleaned (hair from the previous guest in the shower), the door to the corridor was just for visual purposes (no sound absorption whatsoever), we only ate breakfast/brunch at the hotel once because it was extremely overprized and not worth the money. They changed my pancake-order (from strawberries to bananas) without asking me if that‘s ok. I got fooled by the pictures of the modern decor (hotel and rooms), but if you take a closer look, the hotel is not worth the money they‘re asking.
Location is fantastic, walking distance into the old town (about 30 mins) but far enough out that it’s quiet and peaceful. Has a lovely beach a couple of minutes walk away. The hotel is done out really nicely and the rooms are gorgeous. The staff were very friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Sozopol.
No floor length mirror in the room and also the food isn’t great, it’s quite a limited menu especially for a vegetarian. The carpark is also quite chaotic with people blocking cars in
bed, friendly staff
air conditioner condensate drain directly on the floor of the balcony, the door to the toilet was not closed, the doors in the rooms are low quality paper. Poor noise insulation. Its all about room 308
Perfect location, everything is walking distance: 5 min from the beach, 15 min from the new town and bigger beach, 5 min from LIDL, 8 min by car to SmokinyaHelpful staff, and overall a nice hotel
