Pros: -The establishment is very cute. The outside is picturesque with views to the river across the street from window. -The bathrooms look new and were very clean. They even provided a toothbrush & toothpaste if you needed one.-The staff is friendly-The atmosphere was chill and family like

Cons:-We are non-smokers and cigarette smoke wafted through our hotel door and bathroom. If I opened the windows for fresh air people were smoking below. This lasted until late around 11 then woke up to more cigarette smoke at 6 in the morning. It was overwhelming to a person who doesn't smoke and hates the smell.-Overall our room was clean but when I sat on the bedsheet to read a hair was poking out through the sheet. When I looked more closely at the fitted sheet, I could see many long and short hairs through the sheet, so I lifted the sheet to pull them out and the sheet or mattress cover below was covered in dirt, human hairs, etc. It made me feel less comfortable even though the bed itself is comfortable.-Wifi was spotty-Wear ear plugs-This did not impact my stay but the restaurant throws away their table covers (plasticized paper) with each use which seems very wasteful. Perhaps these are recycled?

The location is excellent for a couple traveling through Sort

The person at the front desk during check in (at 6pm) was extremely rude. He was annoyed that we were there during his phone call

We finished the Carros de Foc hike and chose here to unwind and recover. Best decision as the hotel overlooks the river and close to restaurants. It is also close to the bus stop to take us back to Lleida

Good location

Room had a bad smell, it was cold, nobody to talk to even in check-in.

The breakfast is exellence.The room is very comfortable From the window there is a good view of tje river

Good location, helpful staff, basic room. Very good restaurant and breakfast. Provided secure garage for motorcycle which was a bonus.

Bed weres very uncomfortable

Breakfast was fair for the price, they make coffees on the spot with a proper espresso machine rather than being self-service, great location in the center of Sort (albeit not very private if that's what you're going for!)

Shower pressure and temperature weren't great, but bathroom was clean. The beds were a little bit lumpy! However all in all a nice room to stay in for a few nights :)

Great value for the room including breakfast. We also had a good lunch in the restaurant. The bed was comfortable, and the room temperature was nicely controllable.

Not a major issue, but the walls are quite thin so you can hear other guests watching TV. The Bathroom floor needed a better clean.

Arrival on a Sunday with reception and bar/restaurant closed. No tea/coffee or kettle facility in the room, and a water dispenser near reception was found to give out only cold water. Luckily, saw a staff who got two cups of hot water for us to drink after arrival.

Staff were great, food was great, touring on motorcycle I'll be back

Central location, secure parking for our bikes (there's a charge but it's in a large locked garage), clean, friendly & helpful staff, buffet breakfast included, good price. Good selections of dinner options if you want to eat.

A friendly hotel with free parking on a quiet area

We were disappointed with a room at the backside of the hotel. An opaque screen blocking the view, which gives the room a gloomy atmosphere. The unwanted extra bed did not improve the atmosphere. The pictures on Booking advertise a room at the front of the hotel. These are indeed nice rooms.
