Hotel Florido

Nice room rooms with air conditioning and comfortable beds. Lovely pool and lounging area. 10 minute walk to downtown Sort with bars and restaurants.

We really liked the property. It would’ve been nice for the pool to stay open later and there were a lot of bugs in the grassy area, but I don’t blame the hotel for that.

Location was ideal, on route for our bike trip. Bikes were secure behind a gate over night. Not connected to the hotel but there was a bike / car wash next door which is handy. 2 minute walk into the town.

Walls of the rooms very thin. Could hear doors closing. other guests chatting. Top floor was very hot too.

The Florido is a reasonably smart hotel set in a quiet part of town, a few minutes' walk from the centre of Sort, with its bars & restaurants. We found the location convenient because we could park our motorcycles on its driveway, discreetly out of sight of most people in the town. There is a very pleasant terrace and lawn at the front and there is a good looking outdoor swimming pool. We liked the bar, the outside seating, and the breakfast.

Nothing. For the money, the hotel is perfectly fine, making it good value.

Breakfast was fine, there was food and drink available on site and there were plenty of places to eat a short walk away, there was a good sized swimming pool and it wasn't too busy. There are walking routes of varying lengths from the hotel, two of which we did. We ended up staying an extra night. People were also going rafting.

Aircon would have been nice but, we did have an over head fan.

Loved everything about this hotel. Amazing location, great outdoor pool, stunning views. It was just a few minutes walk into the small town which had plenty of bars and restaurants. Also a great spot to be able to explore the mountains and we even managed to drop into Andorra!

Reasonable breakfast but no other guests in the hotel. Breakfast was late opening.

No tea or coffee in the rooms. Confusion on the cost per person and per room not per booking. Rooms were very expensive. Offer of white water rafting made in an email confirmation the night before not delivered. Because of the lack of people staying in the hotel this facility could not be offered. If we had been told this we would not have stayed at the Florido Hotel and not for two nights. Feel this was unfair!

Basic but clean rooms. Friendly staff. Perfect location to access the lovely town of Sort and fantastic outdoor activities.

Towels threadbare. No aircon but there are fans in the room.

An almost comically small shower despite the bathroom being a good size

The staff at the hotel were excellent, very friendly, breakfast was good with nice strong coffee.

Couldn't get food in the evening, had to walk a way's to another bar during the week but Friday night when more guests arrived they did us pizza's
