The restaurant too small

Noting was there to like.

First i was asked for sea view room when i arrived very treid the hotel was away from the sea in midle of twon deffrent what was pictured in your BOOKING.Com site, Second Booking .Com say they have parking my car stayed in thye street and been told that booking .com lies, theird they charge me city tax which i paid no hotel bill given nor asking me about any payment. Therefore i was not obligated to pay for bad service from booking.com or Hotel, I allows ues booking.com and i allows paid my bills this time booking.com failed me.

Very friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms

Expected the pool to be immediately available as shown in the Booking.com details, But, a nice pool access free for hotel occupants was made available 5mn walk from the hotel.

Modern large apartment , good working air conditioning

Nothing to eat or drink with in the kitchen. No cooker, no kettle, no utensils, no plates no cups. The fridge was the only worthwhile thing in the kitchen.

Good location, helpful staff, fair breakfast and pretty good Wi-Fi.

Very expensive. Not sound-proofing. Slow flow of drainage system in the bathroom. Weak lighting.

Honestly the hotel should be only 2 stars maximum 3 * it doesn’t deserve to be 4* there is no view sea from the room as you mention it at the picture

I was about to stay 6 night but I left after 2 nights . Water leak all the time in the toilet and the light doesn’t work I asked them to fix it they said yes but they didn’t fix it . Unhealthy breakfast. The hotel deserve only 2* stars maximum 3 .

the room decoration is great, staff very nice and always there for help, didn't try the bkft, location is in city centre means if you look for view and quiet rm is not for you but is next to everything special the port and his nice restaurants

There are several nice restaurants in the area, and a trip to the fortress is also nice.

Although the photos show a nice pool, it is out of commission for a long time and half of the hotel complex is under construction. Wifi is there, but it is incredibly slow.

it’s a d’Hale tahar or Is marketed Abd sole on Booking.com as à 4 stars hôtel with swiming pool and beach accès WGFJ ut Is absolument not ! they give a voucher to go to a nearby hotel through streets and access their far neighbour’s facilities !!! it’s an absolute shame for what we paid ! add to that à less than one star hotel breakfast ! it was a bad start to our holiday in Tunisia.thank you bookin for checking your partners facilities before selling them at a price they are not worth.

All right

good sized and comfortable bedroom with balcony. There was an unsolved problem with the bathroom and they changed our room. Help with carrying our unpacked bags that evening would have been even nicer. The morning staff and reception were particularly friendly and when we returned unexpectedly that night again, the receptionist and staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast is nice, fairly normal, but again the staff were very attentive. Thank you.

Stuff are friendly

Breakfast, food quantity with low quality, it can be better.

Hotel is at the center of the city close to all activities. The staff was very welcoming and helpful gave us free passes to an event. Room was clean. Food was good too.

Bed was alright but not very comfortable.One of the rooms opens on a road that made noise (even with closed windows)There is no jacuzzi

We had lunch in the restaurant which was working despite that it was Ramadan.

Despite asking in advance if the restaurant of the hotel was working,we couldn't have dinner there. It closed at 18:00 h.
