- I just love the staff, everyone was so nice, welcoming, caring and the hospitality was out of this world, my favorite place every time I travel to Tunisia, it seems like the just know where to take me?
- Exceptional in everything. Best location, good food, Awsome service, super helpful staff, clean, fast, have everything i could think of.
- The best quality service I experienced in Tunisia. Very spacious rooms and most welcoming stuff is here. Most beautiful view of the sea that I saw in Tunisia. I like calm atmosphere there.
Cons -
- One thing that was a big disappointment for me at least is the kids, I do understand the hard times that the Hôtel business is going through especially in that region of the country and the hotel have no other options but to accommodate families with kids but I still love the old ways.
- Nothing. Cant find one thing wrong.
- I didn’t ask, but I think they could have more entertainment like table games or private library because there’s nothing to do after dinner.

This is an excellent 5 star hotel in Tunisia with all the bells and whistles one might expect. Beautiful swimming pools both indoors and out. Very attentive staff. Lovely lobby and spacious rooms. Incredible buffet breakfast and nice restaurants for evening since there is nowhere else to eat nearby. It was a bit of a splurge for our 2 weeks long self driving road trip throughout Tunisia, but so relaxing and well worth it.
Everything was fantastic. The outdoor pool was not heated which we found rather typical in Tunisia but the indoor pool was perfectly heated and amazing. We had the facilities pretty much to ourselves. There did seem to be some sewage management issues outside in the common areas of the property which the were working on whilst we were there.
Beautiful grounds with nice amenities. Spa and golf course were top notch. Food was good in the restaurant and dining hall.
Only negative was WiFi did not work well
The beach was very good, and the massage was very helpful.
During dinner they didn't provide water for free. You have to pay for it.
The location and the view was fantastic It’s good for relaxing and the facilities was perfect. I enjoy my yoga with a very friendly trainer and also the swimming pool is very nice. All the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was perfect and they have very good Shisha in Arab café.
It’s not the hotel mistake, but in my second day, they didn’t let us to swim in the beach because it was not stable
Very Friendly staffOur room was changed after one simple claim.Asma, guest relationship manager, was so professional and friendly.
The hotel is located in a great location location with a sandy beach and great landscaping, the food was good and staff were nice and polite.
The only thing that I did like was the discrimination against women wearing Hijab, as they are not allowed to use the pools.
We had an excellent stay at La Cigale Hotel. As Tunisians who live in the US, we're quite picky about our hotel experiences and were not disappointed. Everything we read in the reviews was accurate, from the professional staff to the great amenities and the beautiful beach.A big thank you to Oumayma and Rania at the front desk for their outstanding help, and to Awatef for her care in maintaining our room. We would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a heavenly spot in Tunisia.
A couple of small things for the hotel to consider: the beach furniture is a bit worn, and while most of the traditional Tunisian dishes were delicious, some dishes (Mechouia, Nouasser) were not prepared as well as we had hoped.
Amazing view, spotless surroundings, and incredibly welcoming staff! Everyone was smiling and went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. Hats off to the entire team at La Cigale! It was the perfect destination for our fifth anniversary. This was our third visit to La Cigale, and once again, it did not disappoint!
We would have preferred to have one king bed instead of two twin beds! It wasn’t very confortable to sleep in.
I like the staff smile. Reception and serving and etiquette.
I was not satisfied with the dress code in the restaurant & in the swimming pool ?

A Professional Perspective from the Tourism SectorRoom n: 4401,4402My trip to the city of Tabarka was after a 13-year absence, and I returned to the same place, LA CIGALE. From the moment you enter the main door, you are greeted by a smile on the employee's face. The check-in process is another story, showcasing professionalism in a dedicated area. The only suggestion I have is to eliminate the paperwork required for guest information. The food is exceptionally delicious; we had dinner at the Italian restaurant, which I highly recommend to everyone. I would like to thank the entire team, with a special mention to the Guest Relations Manager, Ms. Rania, who responded to all our requests without hesitation and exemplified professionalism. The greatest treasure that should be preserved is the hotel staff. Moreover, the level of attention given to golf and landscaping is truly impressive and entails significant expenses. In conclusion, I recommend that anyone visiting Tunisia choose this hotel without any second thoughts. I also hope that the Ministry of Tourism will eliminate hotels operating under an all-inclusive system and focus on quality tourism instead.
Exceptional service and professional staff. Location is amazing. Make sure you don’t miss dining at the restaurant in the Golf section of the hotel. Exchange is available at a correct rate. Rooms and surroundings are spotless clean. Totally recommend it.
The reception and heartwarming welcome .The good service in breakfast and dinner .The food quality is outstanding.
Only one dental kit for a coupleVery slow wifi Only one toilet roll No prayer mat available in the room Bad silicone isolation in the walk-in shower, water floads everywhere
Art in everything. Good employees. The best part was the spa
The restaurant corail could improve its service to match the level of the rest of services
