Had a amazing stay.Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was insane ?. Location is perfect. The spa and pool area are awesome. Simply 10/10.

Location, pool and spa.

Very sterile, not very cosy.

The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly — excellent customer service all around! The breakfast was amazing, and the room and facilities were great, including the ski room. Everything made for a really comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I just wish it was a bit closer to the lift — it’s only a 5-minute walk, but not the most convenient in ski boots. That said, it’s close to the bus stop and the city center, which was really handy.

Excellent modern hotel with fantastic rooftop pool and spa/ sauna. Great to relax after a hard day’s skiing surrounded by great views of the mountains. Really good breakfast offer in the morning. Good restaurant and bars near to hotel. A short walk from the main gondola lift.

Great location, very friendly staff, attentive. Lovely roof top pool in the centre of town.

Room was modern and a good size. Bathroom was a good size although a shower in the bath is always a disappointment. Ski/Boot room was very accessible and a good size. Breakfast was amazing and the spa facilities were excellent.

In general, this is a very good hotel, new and clean, with wonderful facilities and very helpful staff. Location is 400 m to Giggijoch Bahn, which is 5 mins by feet or one bus stop. Ski room is great. Our room has a large balcony. Breakfast was awesome. Spa facilities and outdoor swimming pool are mind blowing. We used spa every day of our stay :)

I would raise the temperature in textile sauna from 82 to 95C. Bed mattress was a bit too firm for me. Room service made it a bit softer on my demand, but still not soft enough

Hotel is well located close to the lift and you can get almost to the hotel location (across the street) back on ski from ski slopes. Couple of good restaurants around, Good breakfast with wide selection of food. Supermarket close by. Nice sauna area and infinity pool to relax after skiing

This hotel is almost perfect. The staff was very kind and helpful, speaking multiple languages. Great breakfasts; I admired the top quality of all the ingredients.There is ample storage for skis and boards and heated pipes for boots. The Giggijoch gondola is a short walk away.A big, two-level garage.There is a great spa area with saunas and a pool. The infinity pool outside is surprisingly big (20m long) and warm, even though the air temperature was -11.We were there during Christmas; on Christmas Eve, we had a reservation for dinner in a different hotel's restaurant. Die Berge organised the transport (for free) to the event and back. They genuinely care about their guests. ;)

Breakfast: The breakfast area is big, but the food selection is disappointing.Pool: The pool wasn’t as warm as we expected, which made it less enjoyable.Additional Charges: They charged me for a small item like toothpaste—really unexpected and unnecessary.Comfort: The bed mattress was uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep.Checkout Time: The checkout time was 10:30 AM—way too early and very inconvenient.

Fitness center isn't really a room but it is in a common area with the Spa/Massage area. It has only basic equipment.
