    Pros +

    • Location is nice, hotel is modern and "fresh"
    • Spacious clean rooms. Good location near the gondola. Helpful and friendly staff. Rich breakfast.
    • Absolutely fantastic place. Everything was top notch: the restaurant, the parking with 8 EV charging stations (free for guests), the rooms, the view, the confort. Will surely come back.

    Cons -

    • Service in general is definetly even close up to the mark- Staff on the breakfast chit-chat to each other, not paying attention to the guests. When you approach them to order something, they will tell you that they accept orders only at a table, please go back to table they will come.- Cleaning staff just rushed in the room when i was in the shower after skiing, I asked to come later and the response was "I cannot promise". Really? After couple of reminders on the reception the cleaning still did not happen that day.- Sauna and swimming pool closes very early - at 8 pm. So every day i had to select whether i take sauna after skiing and do late dinner or skip sauna. This is not i would expect from the such hotel.
    • The stairs to the bathroom in the two bedroom master bedroom. A bit dangerous even with the motion light, it goes off before you come back out. Should be one down by bottom stair too. Bad design of room, no stairs would be better.
    • Room cleaning service could be better.

Very nice property, very modern and clean. Great location. Food in restaurant was excellent.

Nice modern room, welness and pool was super . Also afternoon cofee time with small desert was very great.

Room cleaning service could be better.

Everything is of top quality. The food is lovely. The rooms are very comfortable. Private lockers for skis etc and you can walk to main Gondola is 3/4 mins, where rentals and shops are. centre of town is 10 mins walk. Staff are so helpful. Just perfect.

Rooms can get too hot in the night even when heating is switched off.

Location was good. Restaurant LaViv were excellent and very friendly and helpful.

Room could have be cleaned better each day. It was made tidy but not dusted or hoovered.

Stilish, elegant, cozy, comfortable, quiet. I loved this place for the people, the food, the services. Yes it’s a bit expensive, but really worth it:- skybar with restaurant- fully fledged SPA, I missed only the massages (but I didn’t ask)- warm pool inside and outside. Having a swim at -2 is a strange experience- internal sky room at 200mt from the main gondola- covered parking (I parked on arrival and moved the car only when I left)- amazing food with plenty of choices and styles (Miso Soup was astonishing) at breakfast and dinner - I never had lunch Excellent communication. Great experience. I’ll come back

Sölden is quite far from my place, and makes it not really easy to get there. I would suggest to visit at least for 3-4 days, otherwise the travel would be predominant. The Secret was so comfortable I didn’t look to visit the rest of the town, basically I’ve been skiing full day, having SPA, have an aperitivo in the skybar and then dinner

The hotel is beautiful. Facilities are excellent. We had a suite, which was superb, 2 large bedrooms, 2 showers, 2 toilets, a kitchen/lounge area, and a large balcony. Loads of storage space. The pool area is very relaxing, very clean. The spa area is the same. A small but adequate gym.Food was also very good, though the selection was limited but could have been because we went off season, so the hotel was generally quiet.A huge clean and well lit garage area. With all storage for bikes and ski equipment.FREE car charging! There is a small deli' area, basically a couple of snacks and drinks, vending machines, which is more convenient than you think. Great idea.Very close to the lift to the 007 Experience.

Unfortunately, due to timing, the Sky Bar was not open, which, if I was honest, was the reason I decided to try this hotel (we've been visiting Solden for over 20 years). It is a good 15/20 minute walk to the centre. It can be a confusing hotel to navigate. There are many outter buildings connected to the main hotel area.

    10JohnPosted on: 10-2-2024

The bike storage. The indoor- outdoor swimming pool. The dinner. The breakfast. The staff. The complimentary card to access lifts and Aquadome.

Maybe it is above many people’s budget line, but if you want to splash out , this is a good place to do so.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Secret hotel in Söelden, Austria, and it exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality from the staff, who made us feel right at home. Their friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond for guests made our stay truly special. The hotel's facilities are exceptional. The pool, spa, and workout facility are all great! The spa area, in particular, is a perfect retreat for unwinding, and the pool was a highlight for us.We opted for the half-board option, and we really liked the quality and variety of the food. The breakfast buffet had everything we could ever want, from fresh fruit to eggs made to order. Patrizia is the best! Her warm and attentive service made each morning even more enjoyable, and we loved getting to know her during our stay.Overall, this hotel provided the perfect combination of comfort, luxury, and incredible service. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Söelden!

Loved our rooms, bathrooms, very spacious. Location is very good. Staff is super friendly .

Food is far away from other 4 stars hotels we stayed before in Tirol. No local food, not much selection , after dinner we were always hungry and you have to eat the menu they make , no other option. We like to eat home made butter, jams ..etc but I didn’t understand the miso butter at dinner. If you don’t mind food , it’s a great choice. We come to Tyrol to have local quality food, we didn’t get that.

The takeaway food. Use the restaurant instead. Much better

The pool and the SPA area. BEAUTIFUL!The apartment with the kitchen. PERFECT!The location of the hotel. You can walk everywhere. The large parking. The cake-tea-time in the afternoon. The smile of the staff.

When we arrived for the check-in we asked for a table of 2 at their restaurant for the night. The answer was : very complicated- restaurant fully booked. But they took the reservation of the family just before us (around 7 pax)… in this kind of hotel how you do not keep tables for your check in guests arrivals?? And keep a waiting list for the outdoor guests until all your guests are in … so we had to order “to go” from the restaurant. But this took more than 1 hour instead of the 20 minutes the receptionist told us. Then they asked us to come to bring the food. The restaurant was fully booked and our meals were cold… pasta and meat. We think they were in a mess with too much people and they forgot to call us. ? But hopefully we had an amazing kitchen and we reheated all the dinner… We also asked for information of hiking time fromthe middle station to the hotel : because she never did this hike she said that she couldn’t answer which is normal. But I had to ask if she could try to find the information with another staff members. It need a little bit of improvement. But we can say that at the reception they have the smile. Good point.

This is a real gem and I would like to keep this secret. But hey-ho, we need to help fellow travellers. This is a real gem. The hotel is pretty much brand new, so all the areas - rooms, lobby, restaurant, pool, spa are spick-and-span. Our 2-bedroom suite was cozy, but spacious at the same time. Everything was in perfect working order and good condition. Breakfast choice is wide and of great freshness and quality. Dinners at La'Liv were also delightful with great food inventiveness, variety, visual appeal and quality of preparation. The pool/ spa are are also wonderful. The pool is indoor/ outdoor, very clean, quite large and never crowded. And an added bonus - the hotel is just 200m/ 3 min walk from Gaislachkogel cable car valley station. We'll definitely return on our next trip to Sölden.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at a mountain hotel. The large, elegantly furnished apartment was conveniently close to the ski lift. The staff were welcoming, and the spacious garage was appreciated. The excellent breakfasts and tasty afternoon snacks after skiing were perfect. Overall, a fantastic choice for any ski holiday. Highly recommend!

The hotel pool was often crowded with families and children, which disrupted the peaceful atmosphere I was seeking. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant was almost always full, making it challenging to secure a dinner reservation. Even when attempting to reserve a table early in the morning, I found it fully booked, which was a significant inconvenience, forcing me to look for alternative dining options nearby.

Very nice and big rooms. The outdoor swimming pool is fantastic. And the breakfast is one of the best I've had.

The rooms temperatures are rediculously hot and can not be changed. The only advice we got was "open a window".

    7NickPosted on: 3-6-2024

The hotel is modern and classy in appearance and about 150m from the nearest lift with an excellent boot room. The suite was well equipped and beds comfortable. Afternoon tea was great. Staff were mostly friendly. The swimming pool and sauna facilities were excellent.

Ground floor room with a footpath going past our window which made it noisy into the evening. Whilst room was well equipped it just didn't feel spacious. Breakfast, started too late at 7.30am and whilst there were plenty of options, it was exactly the same every day; pastries were dull, dry and uninteresting, lack of boiled egg / poached egg / bacon or normal sausages was very poor - only some horrible white sausage which again was there everyday.

Brand new, very spacious rooms, excellent service
