Hotel Garni Hainbacherhof

Breakfast was excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel was quiet but within easy walking distance of an excellent restaurant and into town.

There was not a kettle in the room. The light switch in the bathroom was behind the door (the door had been re-hung but the light switch had not been moved to the other side).

I stayed one night for trekking/Wandern purposes. The hotel is located in the northern end of Sölden, which I thought was perfect (calm, quiet!). It's basically a 5-10 minute walk to the centre. Very friendly and helpful personnel, good communication. Good and rich breakfast buffet.

This is a motel in USA standard located close to the the lift. However it is still a long walk with up and down if you have kids. The horrible part of this place is the service. No snow plowing in its parking lot. On Feb 23 2024, it is about 50cm snow in its parking lot around 4 clock afternoon. Everyplace nearby like the restaurant and gas station has parking plowed and the town has public road cleaned. The parking space of the lift was cleaned while we left around 3pm. Receptionists left already in 4 clock in afternoon with the keys and notes on the front desk. So basically no one to ask for help. Thankfully, there was a plow trucker rest in the nearby gas station, we paid cash to him to plow a road for us to leave. There will be several incomers based on the keys left on the front desk. I donot know what they can do after a long drive to find the parking full of snow. This is a snow town, snow plow shall be its daily routine. Horrible! I donot know what to do if I came back the place little bit later and did not meet the plow guy. Our room of that day is 2 hours away in Munich airport.

Great Location to the Skilift and public transportation. Comfortable place with wonderful amenities and good breakfast options.

Rooms where large and comfy. Good breakfast. Good cleaning daily.

No hotel bar. Sauna and gym very outdated and partly not working. Most of the time no staff available.

Perfect location at the edge of the town set back from the main road so nice and quiet. No noise from the busy street with all of the cars and traffic. Bus stop right at the end of the lane and the gondola is just a few hundred meters away. Room was nicely laid out, large, plenty of space, and updated/modern. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of options. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

The wifi signal in our room wasn’t the strongest.

The owner was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and ready as we got there. We found everything we needed. The location was nice as a starting point for our travels. The bus was a 2-minute walk from the apartment. The cableway was a 10-minute walk from the apartment. A lot of interesting points around the hotel. The shop was really close just as the restaurants and bars. As a bonus, we got a Summer card with lots of sales.

The only thing we did not like was the bedding because it was filled with fathers so look out for it if you are allergic to anything like that.

Weak WiFi

Great location (10 mins walking to the lift) and bus stop is about 20m from the hotel. The room was great, super-clean and very complete (ours had a fully equipped kitchen) and the service is superb. Fully recommended!

Only the wifi which is not the best. Other than that there's nothing to complaint about.

Nice room and window view. Great sauna and spa room. Very close the one of the major Solden ski cablecar.

It was one of our best accomodation in Sölden. Starting with the design of the room, the comfort of the mattresses, pillows and duvets, the view, continuing with the cleanliness, the breakfast, everything was great!

Brilliant, if you enjoy a personal welcome by the owners of the Hotel. Its great, that the hotel has its own charm and does not look or feel like an anonymus box! Super friendly and just the right place after a week of high altitude hiking.
