Hotel Elisabeth Superior Sölden

The hotel was in a quiet location but within easy reach of the town and perfect for ski in/out. The staff were excellent, friendly and attentive but not intrusive. Everywhere was beautifully maintained and the food was very good. Arranging ski rental and return was very easy and super efficient.

It's normal in Austria that swimming costumes are not allowed in sauna's but it's not something that everyone feels comfortable with. Perhaps a set time could be allocated for people with different opinions.

The location is very convenient as it is located next to one of the slopes and it is also close to an aprés-ski place. Everyone at the hotel was extremely nice and there were many little details that made our stay perfect. Also, the breakfast is really good.

Breakfast was good but seating arrangements and options were poorly explained. Room was ok. Lovely spa.

Poor housekeeping service. Room boiling hot. Uncharacteristically unhelphful staff. Gym is basically falling apart with both the treadmill and bike broken - no weights. Afternoon tea was paid even though it being free was inferred.

The location up on the hillside was amazing. The terrace at the top is accessed by a lift and looks out over the valley. It's a site to take in for sure. We arrived on motorbikes and were shown a sheltered area where we could park them in case if rain which was very thoughtful. The bar is on the ground floor, but the press of a button has someone up to the terrace to take your orders, which is a nice touch indeed. Food was lovely and the place is clean and staff were friendly and spoke good English which is appreciated very much. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel with amazing welness area. Breakfast is superb so is the location, walking distance to the slopes. The hotel manager is very friendly and helpful.

We liked the ski in and out option, the location was great, the size of the room was nice and we enjoyed the pool and the spa facilities.

The actual town was lacking charm, the sleeper couch was very uncomfortable and the staff at the hotel was a little unfriendly at first when we had a few questions which made it a little awkward to engage.

Friendly stuff, perfect location, nice and modern room with beautiful view to the mountain.

Breakfast could be even better with fried eggs and crispy bacon.

A beautiful boutique hotel in the center of Sölden. Nice staff, helpful in any matter. Very clean hotel with wonderful mountain views from both the rooms and the roof terrace. Super comfy beds and a spacious super clean modern bathroom. Great spa with swimming pool and sauna where you can relax after a long day. Delicious breakfasts and meals, served in an elegant way with a smile of the staff on their faces. I would highly recommend.

at 21:30 all was closed, couldn’t order any drinks anymore. also no refrigerator on the room. so we only could drink water

It was not a problem at all to leave our luggage in our room and have a shower after a day of skiing on the day of our check-out.

Hotel Superior Elisabeth Sölden is a lovely, small hotel with helpful, kind staff and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast is good with many choices, and the pool/sauna area is attractive and relaxing.

Very friendly and welcoming, nice facilities.
