The location, the spa facilities, the breakfast, the birthday morning bubbles and great dinner. The family-run hotel feel.

We were told that since we didn't book directly, we only got breakfast and not the apres hour (2 to 5 pm) snacks and drinks. It was a special occasion visit for us and we would have liked the whole shebang and would have willingly paid for it.

First of all very attentive and helpful Owners and Staff of the hotel! Very favourable and comfortable location - real SKI IN/SKI OUT, close to Apres-Ski places and funiculier to Soelden center. Nice SPA complex with outdoor pool. Ski passes can be purchased at the hotel reception. And one of the most important things for us is that breakfasts was till 11am. You can ride the corduroy snow on fresh pistes and then enjoy a delicious breakfast.

Nothing, a boring old hotel with tired staff, no vibe

Hotel not renovated like 20 years ago, dirty carpets, unventilated ski room with strong stink smell, half board a big disappointment, in fact it is a lunch with cold snacks not even a soup, for less money we stayed in Solden at much newer hotels with exceptional service only with breakfast

Rooms are big and clean. Staff is welcoming and providing excellent service. Food is very good including dinner at the restaurant

No coffee or any kind of drinks facilities in the room.

The Hotel and rooms by itself were very clean and they pay attention to being environmentally friendly. The breakfast was really good. It also has a small spa area which can be relaxing after a full day of skiing or snowboarding.

Now first of all when we made our bookings in 2023 it said that breakfast and dinner is included. When we arrived they told us that breakfast and lunch is included (lunch was basically a small mug of soup and a small second course which is probably enough for a 10 year old, but not for adults). I saw a lot of people complaining in the past with the same problem that when they booked, they booked breakfast and dinner, but suddenly when they arrived that was changed. And also, who would come down for lunch from the top of the ski slopes? We got on with it and they told us on our first day that lunch is from 11:30-14:00. The next day we arrived from the top of the mountains to have lunch at 13:00 and they told us that actually lunch is until 13:00. Again, misinformation from their end.Second of all the staff were pretty weird. They were a bit rude in a funny way. I have never experienced something like this before. Basically if you did not speak German they were not the friendliest hosts. Although they did give us for free a ski boots bag for my fiance, since someone took ours from the ski holding room. So that was a positive experience.The Hotel itself has a lot of potential, they just need to change the management and approach towards foreign guests.

The structure was perfect, breakfast, rooms, location. We loved it!

Excellent breakfast. Lunch was included in price, which was a surprise to me. A light snack in the afternoon.

The staff was amazing, the location is quit and nice on the upper part of solden. There is a loft until 21 to take you down to the center. The food was also really good, amazing breakfast and the a la cart restaurant was really tasty.

The spa was a bit too simple, but still nice to have a spa.

Location, SPA, super friendly staff, tasty breakfast, everything was clean.

Instead of the midday sweet break that was included in the price, I would prefer to pay a bit more and have a proper dinner included.

Lovely hotel with nice views over the mountains. We particularly enjoyed the excellent breakfast and the wellness area.

Excellent staff, great facilities and the restaurant’s food is delicious.

The hotel has a very nice location, its a bit higher than center of Soelden, that makes it quite and provides spectacular views. And it has a special lift close to the hotel, so if you don’t want to use car, you can easily get to the center.The rooms are simple, enough space, nothing very special, but its ok. Special thanks to the man on reception (forgot the name), his spirit and attitude is amazing!

Just for my taste, food was very simple, especially during lunch. And some staff is not very welcoming. But overall hotel is good.

Make sure you take the shuttle lift from the village. Don't walk up the hill!
