Landhotel Airport-Inn

The man at the reception was very nice and welcoming, the room was clean and has towels, shower gel and hair dryer. The airport shuttle was a plus!

Free shuttle from and to the airport - just 5 minutes away. The room was just okay, not too spacious, but good enough for a sleepover.

There was no desk in the room as I thought from photos. There was no big mirror in the toilet.

The hotel is just a few meters walk from the main hotel where you can check in/out. It's not a problem. There is a shuttle pick and drop, so it is very convenient. The hotel is very quiet.

The lovely hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The location is very close to the airport and the free shuttle bus is a great addition.

The shower is leaking, and the bathroom needs some caulking. Hairdryer overheated, started again, and sounded like it is going to explode. Definitely needs to be replaced.

It's a very quiet and comfortable place, perfect for a short stay before a morning flight. The village is tranquil and safe. There was a shuttle service, but I didn't use it. Still, it's great to have this option. The receptionist was very clear and helpful.

It felt a bit weird to arrive and find a note on the door that there was no one at the desk, so I was supposed to go to another hotel by the same group to check in. It would have been more convenient to know it in advance that after certain hour, one needs to stop there first. If a guest didn't speak English or German, he/she would be really confused.

The staff was friendly and very nice, room was clean and comfort.

The breakfast was just boiled egg, maybe can improve with secondary option like scramble eggs, everything else was good.

The bed sunk in the middle and the pillows were really big. Mainly the beds were not very comfortable. But at least things were clean

The staff responded right away to requests and issues. The room was clean. Luckily there wasn't anyone else staying in the hotel as the walls are rather thin and close to the road. But it was about what we expected for the shape of the house.

The room was a bit expensive for the quality. The room seemed a bit older. Furniture scratched and the wicker chair filling apart. The check in was a little confusing since you had to go to another hotel to check in by another name about a block and a half away. But it was the cheapest in the area and it suited what we needed.

There is a free shuttle bus to fetch from and to the airport which is a 25 minute walk, The room in land hotel was clean and comfortable just four minute walk to My Place hotel, The airport at Hahn is fairly quiet

Hotel was expensive in terms of price and performance. There was no noise isolation on the walls, also hotel had hot water issues for shower.

The room in the annex house was very good for my overnight stay. Everyone is friendly and the food in restaurant was just amazing (Jager snitzle) it's a short 15 minute walk to the airport Hahn but there is a free shuttle bus when required. This was my first visit to Lautzenhausen and looking forward to my return trip in a weeks time

No coffee etc in room

The car driver from the airport was very friendly and efficient at getting our room keys (we were at another building without reception). He waited until we were in.Very clean. Useful to have a free shuttle bus to and from the airport.

transfer van collected us from the airport to the hotel is the bonus.

The food service took too long because the restaurant was packed with guests. The management should employ more staff in the kitchen when they are so many guests. This will give 5 stars service.
