B&B HOTEL Frankfurt-Hahn Airport

Cheap, clean, and you walk to the airport. Parking garage right there at the hotel.

It’s very simple and the location is perfect

No where in the instructions did it tell us you had to put in a character to reset the lock before you can put in your code - nor did the lady at the desk - very frustrating back and forth many times - another guest finally helped us

Notification were wrong with check in information We spent 3 hours at night near the hotel and couldn’t get in… Till the time when lady took the phone call and came to us

The location is very convenient, just across the road from the airport. The room was clean, but a bit expensive considering breakfast was not included. Reception staff were polite, especially the male receptionist in the evening.

We asked about a late check-out for an extra fee, but were told it was not possible. We were allowed to wait in the lobby as long as we didn’t leave after 12 noon, because the doors would be locked.Unfortunately, a female staff member approached us in a very rude and disrespectful manner, raising her voice and speaking impolitely while we were waiting, asking why we were there. After calmly explaining the situation, she said it was news to her and that the general manager had instructed that no one should sit in the lobby, then left abruptly. Her behavior completely ruined our overall impression. Paying guests should always be treated with respect and politeness.For €120 per night for a small double room without breakfast, guests should at least be allowed to sit in the lobby, especially since it doesn’t disturb anyone and coffee machines and snack/water dispensers are available. Everything can be explained and requested in a polite, respectful manner — such rude and disrespectful behavior is unimaginable and inexcusable.

Narrow twin beds, spartan rooms, although very clean. Cold feel.

Great hotel for early departure or late arrival. Right in front of the terminal building. Great soundproofing, I couldn't hear any noise coming from traffic/planes/passengers or other guests. Very comfortable beds.

The room is a bit small, which makes opening luggage a bit difficult, but it's not a huge problem if it's only for one night. It would be nice to have a breakfast option or a kettle in the room.

Do not recommend this place! It not worth the cost for this stay.

The TV doesn’t work and won’t for a year. The wi-fi barely worked. It took 15 minutes to get hot water for a shower.

The location is superb, right next to the airport, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly.

The wifi doesn't work anywhere except for the lobby, which is not acceptable for an airport hotel, just unprofessional. There was no hot water in the morning, all morning. The hotel windows look directly onto the airport entrance, which is very loud. The closest restaurant which is not a McDonald's is a 15 mins walk. No kettles in the rooms.

Convenient, clean and comfortable. Blackout curtains were much appreciated.

Unfortunately the television in our room didn’t work. I would have loved a kettle…!

Very comfortable bed, good bathroom, thick curtains for the windows and the airconditioner worked. Very convenient location in front of the airport.

The room was a little small, the air conditioner made much noise, the tv didn't work(no signal) and the was no staff if we needed anything. Also they no longer serve breakfast.

Very convenient for the airport and bus to Frankfurt. Surprisingly clean and comfortable for the price.

The hotel was clean and an amazing option of a 1-night stay. The place is well-maintained. For our family it was a 100% people-less experience because we have arrived later and left early: self-checkin and nobody onsite.

No real other option if you have early flight from Hahn

Flush did not work - I was able to fix it provisorically. Left it in the booking.com chat but no reaction. Also nothing afterwards. Shower head was off and I had to screw it back.

Nothing. Couldn’t get to room.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. We could not get past the self check-in kiosk. It could not find our reservation. There were no staff on duty. No one answered the phone number listed on the confirmation email. After booking, the confirmation email said breakfast is not available and the televisions do not work. If we needed instructions on how to get our room code, just email. We did. There was no reply. We were also told to park in parking lot P2 which is down the hill from the hotel. We were told we would get a discount for parking overnight there. Hard to do when there is no staff present. The completely empty parking garage next to the hotel is not available. This is all too bad because the location is perfect—directly across the street from the terminal. In the end we stayed at Hotel Fortuna.

The room is basic but clean and comfortable. Just what we need before flying off the next day as the location of the hotel is literally in front of the airport!

The wifi connection is bad. But it wouldnt bother me a lot. I wish there is a grocery store nearby but thats not the responsibility of the hotel :)

Proximity to Hahn airport

Vending machine did not accept card payments.TV system was not working and all I wished for was a bottle of beer. Without cash I could not even have this.
